I receive wic for formula and came to quickeroo for the similac sensitive; the cashier told me they were out but that they had the similac total comfort and they were the same. I took two large containers the 820g. My baby began having diarrhea and colics with it. After a few days I was able to find the sensitive formula at Target. I went back to the Quickeroo to ask for an exchange on the unopened container, and they said NO. Their return policy is no returns on anything and everything is final purchase. It should have been stated to me when given the total comfort formula instead of the sensitive one I had asked for. What I find unscrupulous is that they had no problem giving me a formula for a 3 month old that costs $44 each without informing that if it didn’t sit well with my baby’s stomach I would be out of luck. Terrible customer service.
