They won't take a urine sample drop off without an appointment... No one cares over here no people just show up to a computer. They say over the phone all you half to do is drop the sample off and sign a form in reality it is an hour to drop off best case scenario.... Tearable customer Service...

1/4/23 Back again! Blood frae to check up! Really appreciate how organized they are. I made the appointment on the 5th of December. They sent a text to confirm it that day and another this morning with directions& to confirm. Really simple! Arrived and 1st helped & laughed with two customers needing help checking in and then a worker asked if I had an appointment as I was checking in and I was brought back where my information was confirmed. Gave insurance card also. Blood drawn right after that and given a cup too. Restroom and brought the cup back to the room I was at where they have a holder for the cups. I was wished a good day and left. It will all be sent to my doctor. Great service & blood draw experience. Plus, convenient & quick! Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience here. A routine blood draw, and the young lady that assisted me was very friendly and pleasurable. It is a little strange walking into a business and not being greeted by a live receptionist.But, this is the way of businesses today, automated.

My sister (she is developmentally delayed) had an appt at 10am and it is now 12:00pm!!! The service at this location is HORRED! Called corporate to log a complaint, they tried to call this location and no one answered! What's the point of making an appt if you're not going to be seen on time or close to the time?! Will not return to quest after this!

I made an appointment on my lunch break. they pulled me back 20 minutes late. then decided I had to email them the lab slip and "hopefully" she could print it out (my MD emailed me the request) but she sent me back out into the waiting room to "wait for the email." she then disappeared with my insurance card. another employee (cold and unapproachable) said that it takes a half our for them to receive any emails and that I'd just have to wait. I will now have to dip into my pto balance to cover the time away from work and I will be assessed an absence because I came back late. this place is garbage. I'd drive extra to go to the main hospital lab than ever go back here

Absolutely no way to speak with a live human operator for questions at any of their locations. Everything is automated and 0 takes you back to the main menu. Horrible customer service.

Impersonal, cold service with a waiting room and literally no staff present to answer questions. Really makes you feel like quest cares about you as a patient.A tv spouting quest propaganda makes this a real dystopian experience. I guess this is what corporate America calls customer service now.

Usually have most of my blood draw done here. And usually they very nice but this morning everyone there had attitude. Check in was different AGAIN. I made my appt about 3months ago but I usually receive notices, emails or texts that my appt is coming up and when to check in etc. I received nothing. So when I went in I asked a tech that I have an appt, which I showed her on my phone, but received no texts. She says "I don't know, sign in over there" and points to a check in kiosk I guess you would call it. Never had to do this before. So anyway it asks for ID driver's license, insurance cards etc. then it responds that I have an appt DUH. So I sit but don't see my name on there next patient screen. A tech calls me back after about 30 seconds. Seats me then asks for my insurance cards. I said I just did this out there. So I told her it's different every time I come here. Just no response at all. Gave her my cards, my blood and I was out of there. Wished her a nice day and was gone babeee.

I visited this location to get pre-employment testing. It was at least 80 + degrees there, and many people without proper masks crowed into the waiting room. They were able to do the drug screen collection, but lost the order (that I had given them an hour previously when I arrived) for the blood test. They were a chaotic mess. They finally found it - and drew the blood. I noticed the other blood collections were just tossed into a bin. The red tops were centriguged, but rbc were leaking up into the serum. These tests are not supposed to sit at 80+ degrees all day - and there were very many tubes in there. Then they are sent hundreds of miles away for testing - are they properly taken care of for the hours long drive in the heat? I suspect not. I am a specialist in laboratory regulatory compliance and a frequent CAP inspector and I was appalled. I advise you to find a place with a local lab - maybe a hospital?
