Check in: when I arrived as a "walk-in" no one was in the room. I knew about the kiosk from previous reviews. It was pretty straightforward & I had my driver's license and Insurance card readily available. I only waited a few minutes. Phlebotomist: was EXCELLENT! I am a WIMP when it comes to bloodwork. I have small veins that are hard to find, and plenty of bad experiences. Jeanette was gentle & efficient. If she can handle ME, she can handle YOU!!! I hope I can request her if I ever need more bloodwork. When I left, the waiting room was FULL. I felt lucky that I made it before the "rush"

The speed of this location is quick if all you need done is a blood draw or sample collection. However, beyond that, the phlebotomists don't pay close enough attention when there are extra requirements for a test. I had to come back in a THIRD time to correctly complete a less common test, after multiple mistakes on their end such as giving me the wrong bottle to drink. So much of my time was wasted due to incompetence.

I had made an appointment but was several minutes late and suspected that I'd have to cancel to make my next appointment. Veronica asked me if I needed help and she was so wonderful volunteering to expedite for me as no-one would be inconvenienced. She expidited my log in and blood draw and I was still early to my next engagement!So many would have been tempted to simply defer and let me cancel and return later, rather than make a special effort instead enjoying the short time when it was not busy.Thanks veronica!

I personally didn't have any trouble with their kiosk-only check-in system, but I can see where some people would have difficulties. There's no button to ring if you did need a real person to assist you, and I did witness a patient having to ask another patient for help - not very inclusive or resourceful to patients who aren't with the times. The gal who did my lab work on the other hand was kind and patient. I always get nervous with needle-work, and I always make sure to inform them of such, so she did an excellent job at attempting to distract me while she did the thing.

The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Be expecting only a Clear, a kiosk type check in no one available for any questions, and forget their online check-in, because it doesn't work. I will never ever ever go back to this place.

Had the best experience here. Went to a LabCorp location a few months ago and will never go back... It was like night and day here! Nurses were so sweet and comforting, such happy and uplifting vibes from everyone. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely no way to speak with a live human operator for questions at any of their locations. Everything is automated and 0 takes you back to the main menu. Horrible customer service.

There are no hooks in the bathroom, a lady told me to put my bag on a chair outside the bathroom. There were many people there, so I was thinking what if my bag got stolen.. but anyhow, there was no way I could bring my bag in, so I left it on that chair.I finished and walked out to see my bag was put on the floor… this is a lab, God knows what liquid is on that floor. I am not happy about this, so disgusting. Don’t recommend this location.

All have been great and friendly and usually they have a hard time finding a good vein but they have all done it with a minimum of discomfort.

I have never had such a painful blood draw. Either Lisa was having a bad day, or she needs to change her profession. Speed seemed to be her main goal, and she got defensive when I said that it hurt, and when I said that I was sorry to complain, but it has never hurt so much before, she said snippily, "Well, people are human and make mistakes." But it was a mistake made from just going too fast, and it was unnecessary. I think part of the reason was that she just went right in so fast, really jabbing with the needle, without really assessing whether there was a vein there, like they usually do. I've had a lot of blood draws, and I've always had very nice, gentle, compassionate people, and it has rarely hurt, and even if it did hurt a little bit, I have never complained. A sincere sense of compassion for the people you are drawing blood from is important, and it shouldn't just be about getting clients in and out of there as fast as you can. She seemed very efficient, but not very friendly or compassionate. She was going so fast that she accidentally wrote on herself, and seemed upset about that too!

I have going to the E Spruce, Fresno location for years. When I entered, the walk up window was sealed shut and there was only a machine to greet me. I was only there to ask a question and waited over 20 minutes to speak to someone - which didn’t happen. This is unacceptable. I will be looking for other options for my future laboratory needs

Fast easy appointment setting. My longest wait was 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and professional. The location is perfect, just around the corner of my house. Labs come back fast and accurate. You can see your report online.

I wish I got down the girls name that drew my blood. She made it painless and I was out in no time. Very great experience with getting blood work done here.
