I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was attended, especially since I did not have an appointment! The phlebotomist that helped me was kind and friendly. She made me feel relaxed and I did not even feel the needle as it was inserted into my vein. For once, I did not bruise the day after!

I'm always pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and a lovely touch of personality. And always so fast. Appointments are the way to go!!!

I'd rather try and administer tests on myself then go back to this place. They allow you to make appointments for tests they do not even actually offer and instead of calling you to let you know, they allow you to show up and sit in the waiting room, be called back, and then let you know that they don't not offer it. Very dry staff irritated to go to work it seems.

I never review, but I felt needed to this time around. We took our newborn to have his bilirubin blood test done. There was a misunderstanding with the location our pediatrician sent our orders to. The employee there (I wish I got her name) was very rude and impatient while we tried to sort it out on the phone with our pediatrician. She went to the back and mimicked us while the entire lobby heard. There was no way I was going to let her come near my 2 week old. We decided to walk out.

I arrived for service before the office was closed, but was turned away even though it wasn’t closing time.

Booked the appt on line, easy, checked in with their scanning tool, easy, called to the back a few minutes before my appt. Done in a few minutes. Very smooth and easy. Amanda was the tech, professional and courteous, did a great job.

Made appointment ahead of time. Checked in online. Scanned all document cards at the kiosk. They were still 50 minutes late. Rude, unprofessional staff. You want to bill my insurance? How about I bill YOU for my wasted time?

Yesterday was my second time in this place, and I was so thankful that Amanda was still there. She truly has amazing skills to make you feel comfortable, when I'm always a bundle of nerves getting my blood drawn. She was gentle and fast, and her genuine care for her patients will keep me coming back to your location as long as she is there! An absolute asset to your team!

I’ve always come here with decent courteous staff.Today 9/26/22 came in with my sister who is new to fresno and we were met with a hostile agressive woman. Voice was gruff and she didn’t have any manners. Labs change their employees I know, this must be a person they don’t know what to do with. Maybe they should send her home to deal with her character. This person is Hispanic in nature. I didn’t get her name but I will call quest.

Warning....they do NOT allow walk in appointments after 3:00. Please believe me!! I learned the hard way!! Even if it looks empty...they will tell you to reschedule or make an earlier appointment. :( They will tell your to go to a Lortab!! They too close at 2:00pm!! They did NOT tell me that part either. If I could give them less than that....I would!!

Had an appointment this morning for my son who had to fast prior to a blood draw. Arrived for the appointment to be told that the computer system was down and they could not do the blood draw. I get that stuff happens but they FAILED to notify me even though the system had been down for 2.5 hours and I was even sent an email link to sign in for the appointment. Wasted an entire morning and lost income as a result. Did not offer compensation or an appointment at another Quest location. They have a monopoly and provide terrible service. If medical professionals can charge fees when a patient cancels an appointment, why can't patients be compensated when monopolistic companies cancel appointments without notice? There are no alternatives anymore for lab work.

I have been using quest for a long time and have never had a such a bad experience. All the people in the back were fine like always but the woman at the counter was very very rude she was the most unprofessional person I have ever. I did get upset about the fact I had to Authorize a charge for a copay that is always different once my insurance adjudicates the claim. My insurance company told me to wait and not pay until that happens. It is my experience that when I am over charged it took over a month to get my refund back from quest. I retired from employment that required me dealing with the public all day and the behavior of your employee would not have been tolerated. We were there to keep the customers happy. She was rude to other people that had questions also. I didn’t get called back until almost 25 minutes past my appointment time nobody was being seen at their apartment time. To say the least it was the worst experience I have ever had at quest.
