I have had some better conversations with these customer service people than i have with my FRIENDS? They are truly such amazing people and you can really tell they love their jobs. Like genuinely enjoy being at work. And i respect that. Great customer service team is all i can say!☺️

i'm sorry to say adt sucks they are quick to take your money but don't seem to care about giving it back my mother had cameras installed but they were not what we paid for so they came and removed them in november of 2022 now it's april 2023 and i'm still fighting to get her money back they just keep saying soon !!! bad service and bad management adt you should be ashamed!!!

This is not ADT. It's Defender Security which contracts with ADT. Very, very obnoxious hard sell. They won't send a salesperson to the house to assess your needs and give you a quote. Instead, they try to book an INSTALLATION and they want your credit card number to charge a deposit of $100, which they say is refundable if you don't buy the package. They also want personal information they don't need, likely to do a credit inquiry. Very obnoxious hard sell.

Ok first of all I didn't go through the office in my hometown. I was looking into getting a security service for my house which I've never had one installed so my significant other wanted me to look into ADT because of the name it carries a lot of weight with people, so I called and I explained what I was looking for and was shopping for a security service I wasn't sold on what was being offered and then and I hate I forgot his the person I was talking to put his manager on the phone and he offered all these great incentives he threw in a free doorbell camera and all over seven hundred dollars worth of incentives so I thought I ended up paying over a hundred dollars to get it started mind the incentives got me on board, but what didn't tell me was that once the installer gets to your home he or she will get be peeling back all those great incentives and everything that was offered you really have to pay for it !! With all the alleged incentives it didn't even cover all the windows in my house . At the time I was working a lot of long hours and wasn't paying attention to everything so my bad now I'm stuck in a b******* 24 month contract with ADT and this the killer part I was told I would be getting a 100 dollar Visa card within three days which never came and when I called about it it was a big run around until I wanted to file a complaint but the young lady name Rochelle did try to get to the bottom of it and said I should get within 20 to 30 days. Buyers beware I feel like I got swindled and my contract should be nullified!!! Or I should be giving a month to month at this point I don't care about paying the bill I feel taken advantage of and I will no longer go by a company just because it has a popular name. One other after I got ADT I started getting discount coupons in the mail for the previous owner of my house and I've been living here for eleven years better deal than I got for being a new customer

Michael Butler was very friendly and helpful. He described all the options available, pricing, and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Customer service was courteous and helpful regarding the delay in getting internet for my home. I had a very good experience with everyone associated with Protect Your Home

I'm became a widow March of 2018, so I'm home alone and I value my safety and the safety of my animals. I've spoken with my neighbors whom have ADT and were very happy with the product. Therefore I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad that I did. The service and the Technician were fabulous. I feel so much better knowing that I'm being protect by ADT. Nick did an outstanding job with the installations of the product and showing me how it works, which is easy. So thank you to ADT and Nick I feel relieved.

The representative was friendly and helpful. He tried very hard to set up our system to use Pluse features, but was unable to connect to preferred cell tower. I am very pleased, just wish we could have had the Pluse features .. Rural cellular coverage..

Aaron was professional, informative and thorough. He assessed the current security we had and shared with us our vulnerable security points. We upgraded a few items and then he went to work installing. We had a lot of equipment and it took him most of the day. He was very nice and informative.

My recent experience was great. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He answered all my questions and at the end he was efficient and cleaned up after the installation of my home alarm system. I am very pleased and feel piece of mind knowing I got that extra security.

The day I got installed I called ADT to cancel my service which was 8/30. I hate this company so much and now I’m stuck with them for 2 years because of a contract. I can’t afford their services so I’ve try to cancel on multiple attempts. On 9-1-18 I called ADT customer service to cancel the policy I had just started 8-30-18. Because they give a three day grace period. But I went through lots of different obstacles to get that done

Our Technician, Darren, was absolutely amazing with installation, instructions, and guidance, regarding our new security system! Our house was recently broken into, and having Darren as our Technician, has completely calmed our fears. Darren is a GREAT ASSET to ADT, and ADT should be VERY proud to have Darren as their employee! We will be recommending ADT, and Darren, to our friends and family. ADT did a great job. Their tech assessed our home needs, explained them to me and worked with me to tailor a packages that suited my needs and budget. His install was done quickly and professionally. . Great experience..
