I really appreciate all the hard work they put into my daughter’s event . Everything was amazing i got a whole package deal. Dress/decor/photo/video/invites, every thing you need for a big event they have, every thing turned out perfect thanks to them.they did such a good job with making sure everything was well color coordinated .

People just want to say that this place is messed up they got me on my invitations they gave me my invitations on a 5cent envelope and be careful on not saving a receipt cause they will say u haven’t made no payments if u don’t have a receipt and make sure they have the exact dress before you pay cause they had to change another thing on it because they couldn’t do it the same as my daughter had picked let’s see how my decoration goes I will update after my daughter 15 . To see how the decoration goes because they already thinking on not doing the whole decoration if that happens I will sit outside her store and let everyone know how they are they seem all nice at first but it’s all a face they don’t care what u think or want once everything is paid .

Very good service, I loved it, I liked the kindness of the owner and the girls, much more the time they took to help. They have a very good selection of very very beautiful dresses and the one I ordered as well as the accessories were delivered in good time and in the correct color. Like the service at the moment, we place the order. The lady guaranteed we were getting everything on time from Nov. 2023 - June 2024. 7 months in advance and she couldn't tell my our quinceñera cape was lost or didn't under it, until I called to pick up the dress. She told me the cape was not in and would replace it with something in store or give us the money back 2 weeks before our event ?. No option to try to get another one

I’ll start by saying I wish I could leave zero stars on here. I hate to be this person but we received the worst possible service here. It all started when we went to pick up our dress 4-6 weeks prior to my daughters quince party and they couldn’t find her dress for 3 days. To our surprise it was on a manikin on display for SALE and the owner just laughed and said thank god it didn’t sale. How unprofessional is that?! We had originally planned to celebrate by daughters party in February but had it postpone to May, we called them and let them know the change of date but with their unprofessionalism and lack of service they almost sold her dress. When they finally found the dress they said well we just figured you never came to pick it up and just forgot about it , never did we receive a courtesy call before they put our dress out to check the status or find out why we hadn’t picked it up. We tried to look past is and continue yo bring them more business by sending our camas to get their dresses through them and once again not a single parent received a courtesy call to let them know dresses had arrived, my wife had to take a drive out there and to her surprise they had already received but never intended to call anyone to pick them. Place is definitely a family owned business which I normally try and support but her dugahter being at that front desk with zero customer service needs to go! Good luck expecting her to keep the business running!
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want to be treated like your hard working money means nothing to them!

Worst experience I hate to say but this place is terrible. When I went to pick up my dress they handed me my dress with the needles still in it they didn’t send it on time and my sisters quince dress was supposed to be ready a week before their quince and it wasn’t she had to take her pictures with the dress still not done and we didn’t receive everything on time literally the Friday afternoon before the quince we were still waiting for my sisters bear and when I confronted the lady about how this was Bs she went on to blame me for her mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the place. If your looking for a great experience I would recommend B-Maxx in fulton their so attentive my mom got her dress and got it fixed right away and the lady helped her with everything and they also have really nice quince dresses.

Let’s begin by saying this I normally do not leave reviews I am the kind of person that when I need to say something to benefit anyone I will. I have never worked with someone who went above and beyond for my daughters 15 let me say my youngest daughter dress arrive way before the date I expected, all her pictures, my kids tuxedos everything was delivered in timely manner, her decoration for the hall oh my god it was beautiful, the Birria bomb I had literally over 250 guest and when I say her Birria was bomb it was bomb. I am recommending her 100% she is my go to lady. Love her and her daughters so much

Very unprofessional. The lady that was fitting my daughter dress on in the dressing room was saying rude comments about her body. She told her things like stop eating potato chips etc. This made my daughter upset and ruined the experience of her turning 15. Im sure she got treated this way because my daughter didn’t look mexican enough to try on quince dresses but my daughter is mixed mexican/black. I regret purchasing from here they didn’t deserve my service.
