If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't put your money in this bank or do business with them. My partner used them for a loan and has only had issue after issue with them. My partner tried to wire money out of her account, which, per bank policy, required her to visit a branch. She jumped through their hoops, spent a good portion of her day driving to and from the closest branch, which is 1.5 hours from our house. She completed all of the necessary paperwork and there was no indication of any issues. After leaving, they called her back in a panic, said it was flagged by their fraud department, and refused to complete the wire, saying that she would have to come back in again to clear it with their fraud department in person. If she came in person to do the wire and it was flagged by fraud, but she said that she still wanted to proceed with the wire, why would her coming back in to redo the wire and approve the wire with a fraud flag change anything? This bank is an absolute horror to deal with, the policies are ridiculous, and the customer service is horrendous.

This bank has slowly lost good customer service. You know it hit bottom when you in bank 5 min and nobody says ,hello. This is poor training and reflection of bank training.

I used to like coming to this bank . But ever since the staff has change . The customer service went down the drain . It used to feel welcoming when you walk in not anymore. And now they only let one person in the bank at a time Which is ridiculous since there is plenty a room for customers to be 6 feet apart this bank has gone down the drain if I could give a negative stars I would.

Worst customer service. Every time i go in i hope to be treated better but that's never the case. We are a big account here and it's horribly rude and unprofessional. It's a small, Mickey Mouse bank- your think they'd take themselves less seriously

This is probably a great bank for someone who has lived in such a small city all their life. I'm originally from Los Angeles and everybody knows that out there you don't judge a book by its cover because that could potentially be a very wealthy customer. I walked in there after receiving an offer to open a consumer checking account. After being helped by a Becky, I immediately felt like the remarks she made were unnecessary. Telling someone that " this account can hold up to $20,000 but your never going to have that kind of money are you." Sounds rude. I won't lie, I felt profiled. She kept looking at my clothes and kept insinuating that I was never going to have about 20 to 50 thousand in my account. As a small business owner I didn't feel the need to embarrass her right then and there. My husband spoke to the manager who at first gave attitude but after explaining the situation sounded like we got threw to her. I hope Becky really pays attention to how she speaks to her customers.

A bank that will treat you like family! No glass wall to talk to tellers they actually have chairs and you can sit down and talk to each individual tell her. Very easy to open new accounts.
