Always helpful and knowledgeable. I mail packages and buy my stamps here. Very friendly and kind staff. I have been using their services for over 15 years. It's all here, US Mail, UPS, FedEx.

They don't open or close by their hours posted. We have gotten there numerous times 5 to 10 mins before 6 pm and they close early. They even close around 2 to 3 on Saturday when we site says 4. This ain't rite we pay good money for the box and we should be able be able to get to it when we are there before posted hours

I have a box there and you have to just say hello and keep going because they do have issues and your package will come up missing it a inside job with them and USP and FedEx.

I normally use the PA+ on fig garden but this location was a bit closer to an errand I needed to run after work. I walked in 30 min before they closed. It was empty but. The owner came out to greet me, he took my prepaid packages and wished me a great evening. The shop looked clean and is larger than the one on fig garden. I will probably frequent this location a bit more now that I realize how close to my work it is.

Worst customer service ever! I believe this man the chubby hefty looking man has the most horrible attitude. Why are you in service to serve people if you cannot speak to people correctly. I felt like he was racist to be honest because he wasn’t happy to help at all by the way he looked at me and my sister up and down. So here I am giving this place a 1 star, I’d give this place a zero If I could. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO COME! Don’t give them your money save it!

The old man at front desk was very rude and has horrible customer service. He didn’t help me with my problem what so ever. The place stinks like something rotten and it’s dark and dingy. I will never come back here. I would give 0 stars if I could. ?

Needed to get the ink fingerprints done, so I called them before coming. Person on the phone incorrectly quoted $15 for the ink fingerprint card FD-258 to be done. When I got there, they said it would cost $50 to get the ink fingerprints done. Not sure why they charge so much, when the standard price is usually $20-$40 at almost all other places in Fresno/Clovis, including getting fingerprints done at the Fresno Sheriff Office. Just wanted to try them out, but ended up going elsewhere. I don’t recommend coming here for fingerprints.
