Postal Annex took advantage of my ignorance. I was sent there by my wife to drop off a package preaddressed with a USPS priority mail label. The package contained freshly picked fruit from our garden and was marked for overnight delivery. The friendly clerk at Postal Annex checked her computer for pending pickups, and persuaded me to opt instead for a UPS pickup that promised next day delivery (Friday) to Orange County. She slapped a UPS label on to the box atop the USPS label. The charge, it turned out, was 50% more than USPS's. I agreed, reasoning that guaranteed on time delivery was worth paying for. . . . Well, it was a fiasco. UPS didn't deliver the package on the next day, in fact not until 10:30 am the following Monday, three days later than promised! I should have stuck with USPS!

Rhonda and Tawnya at Postal Annex on Shepherd and Cedar location went beyond customer service. I was a chaotic mess losing items from my package. They helped me through it, repacked my package, and got it ready for shipping.I appreciate you Rhonda and Tawnya!

Beware of their prices. They charge $0.81 for stamps instead of the regular $0.60. I bought 3 packs of 20 stamps and ended up paying extra $14 for it. Didn’t realized it until I already paid it. Requested a refund and was told no refunds.Will not be back again.

I rarely use the regular mail, but went to this Postal Annex and found it to be clean, well organized and employee ringing me out was helpful and quick. I also liked the amount of quick gifts and cards for sale.

Love Postal Annex, Love having a mailbox here, the girls are so sweet and go above and beyond for me! Always happy, even when people treat them badly, and I have seen people be so rude! If you want to wait in long lines and have no help, no guarantee that your packages will be sent or received or rude employees go to the post office! I would rather pay a little more knowing they actually care and my packages are always taken care of!❤

THIS PLACE IS CURRENTLY HIRING. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF APPLYING THINK TWICE!!! I was hired and started on Thursday by the following Monday it was crystal clear that this environment was toxic. First off the owner, Shari, has her soon to be step daughter working as manager with zero management skills or knowledge. Not to mention that niether one of them likes the other. The previous manager quit shortly after Serena, said step daughter, was hired. Serena has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen and I worked at Walmart before this. My first day I witnessed her in such a condescending tone talk to a customer as if she was a 2 year old child all because there was a miscommunication between the other employee there and the customer. Not only that but Shari (owner) made it a point to let me know that she doesn't hire men and the reason for that is because Serena and her best friend who also worked there for quite some time felt they were being harassed by a "Native Indian " is what she called him. She repeatedly felt the need to tell me that. I seriously doubt that gentleman harassed those girls now that i see how they behave. The straw that broke the camels back was after I helped Serena read a name on a customer's package because she couldn't make out the letters she accused me of micromanaging her. I was in complete shock. This entitled spoiled kid has no idea what micromanaging is let alone the ability or knowledge of managing anything more than her own bank account. I respectfully declined further employment but now Shari is trying to accuse me of not returning all the shirts I was given. As if I'd need to keep any. Luckily we recorded me putting the key along with the work shirts in a bag and walking them into the store. Something just told me to record and now i am thankful we did. She is now withholding my pay which is illegal. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE APPLYING LET ALONE DOING BUSINESS HERE. THEY GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTIONS FOR MAILING ANY PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY GET MORE MONEY THAT WAY IS WHAT I WAS TOLD.

Terrible hours!!! I travel a lot and when I’m in town I need to get my mail. On Saturday at 8:30am on 06/18/22 I went to collect a Father’s Day gift and my mail delivered to my mailbox only to find a sign saying the new hours are 10-3. I came back at 3:01 pm and with the employees looking right at me turn off the lights and ignore me.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE OR GET A MAILBOX!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Very friendly employees who feel like friends. They take the time to know their customers and even remember everyone's box numbers. Serena is a great manager and Grace and everyone else that works there are super friendly and helpful!

I occasionally sell clothing on an online consignment website, but as a true millennial I don't own a printer, so whenever I get an order I'd take the shipping label I needed to print to a particular UPS Store location that didn't charge $6 for quick prints...until they raised their prices to $4 from $0.18 per quick print. Now all the UPS stores in the Fresno area charge $4-$6 for a small print job! Ugh! So, I searched for other print shops that did quick printing/small jobs and I was delighted to find PostalAnnex was walking distance from me, and they charge $2 for print jobs. They also can accept the pre-paid USPS packages for delivery. The person who helped me over the phone was super friendly. I was really excited to find them and walked over! The shop itself is very cute, tidy, and clean! Both workers that assisted me were friendly and helpful and gave me a rundown of all their services. They have small gifts for sale as well as a great card selection and various shipping and packing items. It's definitely a one stop shop if you're looking to mail your mom/Grandmom/aunt a small gift! PostalAnnex totally won me over and I will definitely be back!

I went here to get a Live Scan fingerprinting done and I highly recommend going somewhere else. The first time I went in they didn't get clear enough prints and I had to redo them. I came back in and redid the process and they didn't submit my SS number with the new prints. As a result, I had to start the entire Live Scan process over and didn't get a refund. Needless to say I went somewhere else for the new prints, but the process was not only frustrating but I also payed for a service that I never received. Go somewhere else to get fingerprinted.

Great place for you office needs, 4 do it yourself copy, fax, and print from email machines. Helpfull staff, even when very busy. I will use them again with my travel and out of office needs.

I love this place!!! They treat me like family and are always polite and smiling! Every time I go in there, they are nothing but kind to everyone they help. I have a box there and regularly hear the ladies with other customers. They are extremely patient with difficult customers. Believe me there are a lot of difficult people now a days. I'm always amazed at their patience. For those that have perceived issues, I suggest you do a better job of listening, paying attention, and understanding today's market of inflation. There are a lot of Karens in this world. Don't be a Karen.
