My Serpentine belt came off on my mercedes due to a couple pulleys that broke down. I was told by a friend that pep boys can repair the belt so I had my car towed there around 1pm and was told they would give me a call back in about an hour after the inspection. 5pm and still never got a called back so u called them. They told me it was going to be 1,800 to fix my car. I ain't no mechanic but I'm also not stupid. I know it does not cost 1,800 to replace a belt and a couple pulleys. So I declined their services. I called AAA was refer to united service automotive. So I had my car towed there the next morning around 9am. The guy in the office was really friendly and polite. Made me feel at ease about my car. He told me that they would give me a quote after they inspect my car. I received a call about 30min and his quote was 70% cheaper that what pep boys was trying to charge me. Now I was really happy to hear that and know that this shop wasn't trying to rip me off, over charge, or up sale me on bs that I don't need. Anybody looking for a honest reliable fast auto shop this I the place to go. I will definitely use these guys again for my future car needs.

Was on my way to Sacramento, when I noticed my engine temperature light went on. Googled the nearest shop and pulled into United Service Automotive. Brad was beyond professional, greatly appreciate the team's work. He mentioned they were on their way to lunch, but they would do their best to service it immediately. They showed me what was wrong, and what they would recommend to fix it. They treated us like family, and the waiting area is by far the best one I've seen. Excellent work, would recommend to everybody. Thanks!

Brad Wells is an honest man and his shop does very good work. I have been to mechanics before who were basically thieves. This guy is different. Fair pricing. Very good work. Won't ever try to sell you something you don't need.

Posey's auto repair is the only place I'll take my family's vehicles. The owner, Kevin, is honest, diligent and fair with his pricing. The work is excellent and I feel confident that he can fix the issue no matter what it may be.

Thought that this place was the best until I had what was told was an oil leak. Dye was put in the oil then went back...was told they fixed it. This was a few mths ago. It started leaking again. Wrong...they never looked under the hood. The problem was the gasket . The good guys showed me and are fixing my car.
