My mattress is sagging on both sides after only 2+ years of use. I have sent pictures and completed their claim form but am getting nowhere. This has been going on for months. They are now asking for more pictures while also warning me that I will need to pay the shipping costs of a replacement mattress from Fresno to San Diego. I have asked for the shipping cost but cannot get a response. The store where I purchased the mattress cannot get a response either. I'll probably sue them in small claims court and suggest that anyone else in this position do the same. Unfortunately, I'll need to include the retailer in the suit. Worst company ever!

I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here so want to counter that. I purchased my Saatva mattress in 2016, manufactured by this family-owned business. Six years in and I'm still loving it. I recommended this mattress to at least 3 others who also purchased and love their's. I never heard of this company until my mattress arrived, then did some research. I love that they are 3d generation family-owned, employing locals, and using local shipping companies to deliver their product. I would not hesitate to buy another mattress manufactured from them.

THIS IS THE WORST MATTRESS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. WE BOTH CONSTANTLY HAVE BACKACHES AND THIS COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR WARRANTY, WHICH THEY ADMIT IS FOR TEN YEARS.

I called about our sagging mattress and constant backaches. Got the run-around several times and they claimed I never sent images of this, that or the other, so I resent the emails with the images of requested information. They told me the particular mattress has a 10 year warranty, but they are NOT granting me any satisfaction. My choice is to return it to Costco for a full refund, but I want you all to know they are not a reputable company, and I will also discuss this with customer service at Costco TODAY.

I wish I had did my due diligence and did research on where the mattress I purchased would be coming from. Not only is the product defective the customer service is far worse than I've ever experienced. I purchased a pillow top mattress from a mattress store in San Diego when I received the mattress not even two weeks later it began to sink. The store replaced the mattress and not even 2 weeks later the replacement was far worse. I file the warranty and got no where kept being told to call back months pass and still transfers and more hold times. Finally after 3 months I was told there's nothing that they can see wrong with my mattress from the pictures. I explained that the sinking is felt while laying in the mattress also explained to the representative that I had a spine injury and seizure condition which lack of sleep affects. Not a care from this company. This is how you treat disabled service members thanks I wish I had went to mattress firm like I did for my daughter and mom's mattress which are perfectly fine. Now I have to spend more money thats what I get for trying to support small business owners.

The mattress lasted a few months with a very lightweight person sleeping on it. Absolutely terrible quality. I will always feel that I was ripped off by both the dealer and the company for a lot of money that went down the drain.
