Service was good , he offered water on a hot day I Appreciate that! Lounge area was a little warm but it was made up with the customer service.

My car was an absolute disaster after driving from the Bay Area to Fresno. The seats got dirty from the kids but they got them all cleaned up. I am more than satisfied with the service they provided. I give them a 10++++ detail but wow, was I blown away! Set up was extremely simple. There were a few time adjustments but it all worked out. I gave them my keys to perform the detail. They were extremely friendly and always had a smile. I stepped out to run a few errands and he contacted me when he was done. When I approached the car, I would see the shine from across the street! The outside was awesome, and the wheels definitely shined. I opened the door to check the inside, blown away. It was like a new car. The floor mats were slick, I checked the nooks and crannies(including center console) but couldn't locate any dirt/dust at all. The trunk was the same level. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Once again these guys outshined all the rest with there excellent costumer service, knowledge and efficiency. I came in and got a balance and rotation and a tire censor replaced and all my problems were resolved with in an hour. Wile I was there I noticed that they have just opened up a car detail shop and so I went in and snapped a few pics to show you guys. I was impressed to say the least. They used all top shelf auto cleaning products and they hand washed and detailed every vehicle with care. This is a new venture for Platinum so I recommend taking any vehicle your proud of to these guys to get shined up.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Always get a great price for service. Great service post purchase. They even give me a ride to/from work while they work on my car!

Just got my tires changed. They did an excellent job, were very timely and honest and I don't think you could get a better price. Will definitely return in 5 years or whenever i need anything tire related.
