Needs to be up dated. Fancy looking but the carpet is nasty.Rooms: Bed is comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean. Carpet has gum stuck in it and it feels dirty on my feet.

Do not stay here. It is a scam. Very ugly rooms and dirty. I stayed at that location for one night and they are charging me $171 for damages that I did not even do they doubled charge on things you did not even get and they won't be reasonable to fix the issue. Do not stay there. Have regrets. Staying very horrible and places is stealing from people credit cards.

Event coordinator it's rude as hell. Reception seems lost doesn't even know what rooms they have and the rooms ? not a fan they look clean... but when you really pay attention you can see the dust, spider webs, wall paper falling on the corners and it just seems so out dated. But yeah they need better staff and a friendlier coordinator manager. Don't host your events here that's for sure. Food was good tho.

The woman in the front give very poor service. Are very rude. I was there in Fresno for a funeral and it was running passed check out so I went on line and paid for another day. I then called the front desk and explained that the service was longer than expected and I wouldn’t be in until 1pm to recheck back in but that I had already extended my stay. The lady at the front desk said if I wasn’t back by 12pm I would have a $50 late check out fee because their policy is you have to come recheck in before 12pm even if you did already pay and extend the room. Did I mention I was at a funeral! So I had to leave the service early just to satisfy the ladies at the desk. Talk about evil! I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re staying over a day.

Convenient location by KFAT. It's a large hotel that has potential to be stunning. It's just old and needs to be remodeled and updated. You can find good room rates. It's fine on a budget and isn't noisy in my experience.

Very nice rooms in Fresno near airport and 9 minutes from fairgrounds. Price was reasonable. Rooms are clean and atmosphere is nice. Very nice restraunt inside for dinner. Great staff.

Rooms need work, hotel looks a bit run down. Price was great and surprisingly the staff was casually nice. Bartender at the steakhouse was very accommodating and helpful. Also nice front desk staff.

Room was filthy, carpet extremely stained, not comfortable walking on it barefooted. No fan in the restroom, everything outdated, room was only clean once after requesting for it to be cleaned more than once. Old musty, moldy smell right when you walk in building and room. Never staying here again. Only decent amenity was the bar but way over priced.

I really suggest that you think twice about staying here. We thought that a the low price would be worth it but for me it’s not. We are visiting family and thought we’d be ok, since we wouldn’t be here very much. We booked our rooms later in the evening after a very long day. My husband and I both need to use Mecical equipment. Unfortunately we couldn’t use our stuff at the same time due to the one ‘accessible’ electrical outlet. It was so loose that our plugs fall out. We had to channel our inner MacGyver in order to keep stuff plugged in. Also there are no outlets at the bedside. The only one is across the room. We have three light bulbs that are burnt out. Our room was dusty and dirty. Dust bunnies flew into my sinuses when I climbed into bed and ‘fluffed’ the blankets to get comfortable. We did check for bed bugs and didn’t see any. So that’s one good point. We don’t have a binder with information about the hotel, room service, or local restaurants. I had to look at the fire exit map to find the name of the place so I could write this. They are short staffed and don’t answer the phone. Towels are scarce. We saw what was probably a drug dealer leaving through the same side door we use to get in. I didn’t feel safe when I was alone. If you just want a place to crash and have no expectations of needing anything from the staff, feeling safe, and have a high tolerance for dust and sketchy old used furniture go for it. But if you are a weary traveler with any needs beyond a bed, find yourself another hotel.
