Went here hoping they would have cat adoptions going, but they didn't. I wanted to buy something so it wouldn't be a waste of my time completely by going here, so I happened to find some small items which just so happened to be on clearance. The rude little girl working as a "Cashier" had the nerve to call me a "Big Spender" just because I only bought two items! I thought that was tacky of her to say anything to me about my purchase. Why the hell are they selling things on "Clearance" if they don't want you to buy them? She needs to leave her comments at home. It's not my fault she's bored with her little job!

Britney was very rude didn’t want to take my dogs gave me a complete attitude I had to call the manager . She tried to tell me my dogs rabies vaccinations were expired and they were not they are good for three years I will be reporting this to corporate and with an attitude she tells me you have a nice day very rude very confrontational not professional at all I would have given zero stars

The staff there has always been friendly. However my review is more for the training classes. I had a hard time finding reviews specifically for PetSmart trainers. My dog took beginner to advanced classes and I'm so thankful for the trainer Sandra. She's kind, tough love, you can tell she enjoys what she does and works with you and your dog to meet you where you're at whether it's scheduling make up classes or giving extra advice on what and how you can improve for your dog. So glad I took these classes.

Made an appointment for grooming at 1100a, was told by tech that appointment was a hour. Upon arrival was told that it would take 3-4 hours for grooming, what's the purpose of an appointment if it's not honored? Don't overbook and give customers conflicting info.

My cat is on prescription food. They always have it in stock and you can use your points or coupons to help lower the cost! Plus, they carry the only types of wet food my cat will touch. So picky.

Just left this location. Should have gotten the employee's name that helped me but I went in and was at the fish area for short time before being asked if I needed help.. I didn't at the moment but definitely appreciated being asked so quickly. I took my time and didn't feel rushed at all. When I was ready an employee came quickly and wad very friendly and helpful!

Lady had an attitude with me when I asked her to assist me with taking a live pet home. I guess the assumption is that people who look a certain way are inexperienced with animals. Terrible customer service

I hadn't been to this location in awhile. I was really surprised at how much it had declined. I needed to get some Freshpet for my dogs. The cooler had trash inside and clearly has not been cleaned or wiped out in a long time. It for reals looked like someone barfed inside it. Take a little pride in your jobs. How hard is it to wipe the bottom of the cooler, when you are restocking it. This is truly gross! The entire store just looked sad and kind of had a pee smell to it. Probably won't come back here again.

Great selection of pet-related goods. However, there has been a few times where I see dead fish in their aquariums or Betta cups for sale. Please take better care of your fish!

Purely based on the Grooming Dept.:Your customer service is trash. Why would you make customers feel like they are bothering you? They are there to pay you for the services that you provide. YOU chose this job. YOU chose to work here. Your attitudes stink. I don't need to be reminded 80 times that "normally you have to leave them for 2-3 hours...blah blah blah." YOU had the appointment time available. Fulfill the appointment, take my money, treat customers with kindness and respect. That's it. That's your job. Major leadership issue at this location. Attitudes are horrible. You're a pet groomer. Calm down.

I’ve taken my dog to several petsmarts for grooming. Never had an issue, in fact they all did a fantastic job except this store.Dropped my dog off at 5. There were no other dogs present and the groomer even said they weren’t busy. Didn’t get a call back till almost closing time.Although I got the bath plus furminator brushing, my dog was still wet and not brushed.

If I could rate no stars I would, its so unfortunate that even in a establishment where customer service is one of the most important qualities you should have prior to filling out the application for employment to serve customers is just not the case at this location.. Its expected for a sales associate from time to time to make a mistake, but a manager is put into a position to do just that manage and find solutions unfortunately we got none of that from Manager Noelia in the grooming dept..As a professional your emotions are supposed to line up to your commitment unfourtunately hers didnt and she decided to use them to make it difficult for us and now all of a sudden our dog is on an alert that was never the case until now because we made the complaint no one wants to see or work with our dog they have canceled all of our appointments when all we where trying to do was find a soulution,, actions speak louder then words and unfourtunately her actions do not line up to that of what she has commited to as a manager.

We got fish and a parakeet here. Went back for a larger tank and more fish. There was no pressure to add items which was appreciated. Bird and fish were healthy and doing well.
