Ordered a donut collar. Confirmed order. Went down to pick it up and they said they were all out. Went to the shelf and picked up said collar. Prepaid with Klarna. They charged me already even though it was “sold out”

If I had to get this Petco a -100,000 I would do that well they don't even deserve one star. They deserve no stars at all!! I had a pet grooming appointment today which is April 13 2024 today and I had previously booked my appointment a week out which was on Monday April 8th 2024 which is five days ago. I got a call on Thursday three days before my original appointment. They had scheduling problems because my appointment was at 3 o'clock Michelle the groomer said that they wanted to move it back to 1:15pm because I had two dogs and were going to be groomed and they needed more time slot and so I said well why should I move it back because of the timing FOR PETCO CONVENIENCE and they said because Michelle the groomers gonna get off at five o'clock that was enough time for her to get the grooming close at 6pm so that'll make no sense. So I went ahead and went with the scheduled 115pm time time even though I wanted it later but I was an inconvenient for me spoke to the manager of the store which was the name is Vince he said it was a convenience of my pet and I said that has nothing to do with the times more convenience of your time because you're a Petco business and obviously you're your scheduling my time on earlier date is more convenient for you since your employee Michelle the groomer gets off at 5PM then they they didn't have enough manpower to cover the times for the later/PM schedule times that I scheduled. It was online when I scheduled an appointment. So went to the appointment today was on Saturday, April 13 and basically I was I got there and Michelle was there and I had two dogs like I said that I may schedule appointment for and you know I have a cast on my right hand and my was in carrier and placed my dog on the table/counter and she told me that the policy they can't have dogs on the counter and I was just getting my paperwork to show for the rabies vaccine vaccination paperwork and she's didn't ask nicely and you know it's not what you say it's how you say it. But I also proceeded just to be a little bit frustrated and a little bothered by the way that she asked and I said it's not what you say it's how you say it. She seemed a little bit like she was irritated or frustrated. I don't know I really don't care. That's the job but she's working it's not my problem so anyways and I just want to say it again you know trying to get my paperwork because i had only one hand to use and then she says you know you're not supposed to. You can't your pet on the counter and this is the second time she said it verbally and I was SO SHOCKED and to my carrier on the floor and I didn't want to put my pet carrier on the floor! SO MAD AT THIS POINT! I asked for the manager and of course it's Vince the person I spoke to earlier during the week and Michelle said I can re-schedule because the groomer said I HAVE TOO reschedule my appointment I said WHAT!! So I told Manager what happened and he said oh she has a right to reschedule and he did nothing. He didn't care. He look like a he was off duty and living in the back dumpsters and I asked asked him I said are you the manager??? And regular street clothes on no Petco uniform on nothing!! I am not rescheduling my appointment at that store, because Michelle thought it was you know OK....when it was CLEARLY NOT she said I was stressing my pet when she was a one stressing stressing me and because I just want to put my pet on the counter which is ridiculous. They canceled my appointment and I was so disgusted and so I called a different Petco the one on Herndon and 99 they said that's where Michelle the groomer came from. They were having issues with her there now she's over here at the store location on Fraint so sounds like a problem to me and they're letting her do what she wants to do. I'm gonna call corporate office and make a complaint against her because it's not right not only did I not get my groom from my pet groomed is inconveni

Took my dog for the second time to get groomed and I really had high hopes in better customer service at least but nonetheless the grooming staff is nothing friendly or welcoming considering the fact that I already hesitate to leave my dog with anyone, so didn't really feel the best leaving her. I had taken my dog to another Petco location in Fresno and totally different experience over there (a better customer service experience). When I left my dog was told 2-3 hours max, I came back at three hours with no call, and was worried on why my dog hasn't been ready on time. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt to say maybe they had many dogs that day and the groomers aré probably all busy. I come back to ask if my dog is almost ready to THREE employees gossiping about the rude customer review someone had left. I wonder why? The girl then said she'll check on my dog. Said she was just on the last step on getting dried off and it should be another 15 min. So you're gonna tell me that your gossiping with all of your coworkers in the front where customers could hear you instead of finishing my dog up? And then goes on to ask if we could leave a nice review and at checkout was asked if we wanted to leave a tip! I also got the Shed Release plus package and my dog has been shedding since then so not sure what the benefit of that package is. Beyond crazy how unprofessional this company is. From gossiping infront of customers instead of finishing the job to then asking for a tip! Will never be back! Just wanted to put a REAL review out there for other pet parents.

there are specific organic dog treats here that petsmart just doesn't carry. for that, we come to this petco & this location is always clean, organized and customer service is super helpful & friendly. they keep their shelves well stocked & have employees at every corner in case you need help. their aquatic section needs a bit of help though. they are fully stocked with cleaners, filters, conditioner, fish food & ornaments but are lacking in gravel, sand - substrate. also the majority of their aquatic plants are not healthy. but, their dog & bird departments are perfect!

I have given their grooming salon so many chances to do better and they continue to fail. They canceled our appointment for tomorrow because my dog is 4 pounds over the limit for the groomer that is working tomorrow. (She is 52 lbs and the groomer’s limit is 48 lbs.) I wouldn’t be so upset except for the fact that we have taken my dog to this groomer for the past several years. We have an account that had all of our dog’s information in it and we book using the online system with that information. Why am I just getting a call the day prior to the appointment canceling the appointment? My dog is 5 ½ years old…she hasn’t grown at all in years. Why today is it an issue so big that you cancel the appointment and don’t have availability to rebook her for over 3 weeks? It’s because your grooming salon is not well run and you have people making decisions that should not be in a position to make those decisions. Do better.
