I am in complete disbelief at how unprofessional the management team acts here. I simply called the manager to discuss my charges and she immediately lost her composure and threatened to call the police. She also falsely accused me of approving an additional charge and claims to have video and audio footage. I asked to review them w her and was again threatened w police. It says a lot about a person/company that is willing to intentionally hang up the phone on a paying customer repeatedly. After the manager would hang up on me, I would call right back only to have them make a smart comment and hang up again. Do not take your pets here if you want respectable service. if anything at all goes wrong and you say anything about it, management will only argue with you and threaten legal action. The manager on site is literally the rudest person I have ever spoken w in my life.

Was able to get in super quick. Dog was breathing strange after a visit to the park. Turns out she just wanted to get paid to get a bunch of attention. Doctor was very good and the staff was as well. The hospital was clean. Overall happy and would come back in the future.

My first time there and a very nice experience, Stewart Montgomery III needed some help with a sist and everything turned out fine, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere was in step with us canine lovers. As you can see from the pictures it's very pet friendly and people easy, I did appreciate the waiting area with coffee and cookies for those who wait.

We have been bringing in our mini doxie since he was a pup and have been happy with the treatment that he has received from the staff at the Pet Medical Center and Spa. Dr. Davis is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and has a personality that shows how much she loves her job and the animals that she cares for. We have also left our dog for stays at the Boarding Center and our dog has been well taken care of by the staff. We do not worry too much when we are traveling because we know he is in good hands. I highly recommend the services at this center. We found a loving second home for our furry friend...we would not go anywhere else!

We love this place! We we're staying in Fresno for 3 months and needed to find a vet for the time being. Dr. Davis, the best vet ever, took great care of my dog Mila. Mila has really bad allergies and Dr. Davis made sure to review her vet records from previous, and always made great treatment plans for her well being. The entire office is also great to work with. Everyone is so Knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I had a wonderful experience with them and wish they were my vet forever and always!

The team at Pet Medical are the most caring people. They are always so compassionate with our dogs, and treat them like their own. We love all the vets, but our dogs actually enjoy seeing Dr. Davis!

The team did a great job of taking care of my fluffy best buddy. They even checked his paws while I was out of town and removed some foxtails I totally missed. The Staff really care about the animals and do a great job of providing a great experience to their customers and pets alike. I'll only leave my pal here from now on.

I wanted to come leave a review and give a special shoutout to Dr. Gerbatsch. I had to bring my 16 year old doggie to be put down and Dr. Gerbatsch handled it so perfectly. She was compassionate, calm, and informative. Though it was obviously such a heartbreaking moment for me, I am glad that the process was as smooth and peaceful as possible. Thank you Dr. Gerbatsch

I am a veterinarian who happens to have a fear aggressive dog named Buddy. Somehow he managed to break one of his incisors- I suspect running into the coffee table. I dread any and all veterinary trips with him because he is afraid of the world. With the help of the chill protocol and PMC staff's handling he was able to have the tooth extracted and no one was bitten! a win win for Buddy and I. Thank you! Sincerely Buddy and Stephanie

Wonderful office, everyone was kind, courteous and professional! This was my first visit, and both the veterinarian and her assistant were both very kind, gentle and really educated me on so many things including dog foods and various forms of worms! I was worried Mr Wilson might be undernourished but after a full exam they assured me he was still just a puppy (56 pound Olde English) and was still growing. They gave me all kinds of suggestions of what to look for in healthy dog foods. Very affordable

So, dropped my Jack Russell's off on Friday for a reserved VIP Suite with camera. They tell me they will email me camera info. Saturday morning still no email. Call them and they say they will resend. Not that they sent it on Friday because I got their application email just fine. Now it's Saturday afternoon and still no email. So I call again and was told they were having issues with their IT and would give me a discount and text me pics. Sunday, still no camera info but no time to call. Monday I pick up dogs and they say they cameras have been fine and can't give me discount. So when I reminded them I paid for a service they did not provide she talks with office manager who says I will get this time but not again. Which I say, "no worries there will not be a next time". All I wanted was to see how my Jacks were doing and being treated. In their defense, my pups did seem well taken care of, but I had no proof they got what I paid for. Also, when leaving they gave me back my dog's belongings and added stuff that wasn't ours, so I took it back in. I won't be going back because I expect to receive what I paid for.

I've been meaning to write this for about 2.5 years but it's been too painful. It still is, and my eyes are burning as I write this, but it's time I share! Here comes a long one. This facility is amazing. I experienced such love and compassion from the staff when I took my foster boy here routinely as he aged. I was hospice-fostering an incredible senior boxer mix through a local rescue. He was in bad shape when I brought him home and was too sick to even be neutered. He was estimated to have less than a year left, and I wanted to make sure his last year special. Pet Medical Center & Spa was the facility the shelter used at the time, so they were his dedicated team even though my own dogs go to another facility. As medical issues arose, I took my sweet boy here with approval from the shelter. They always made time to get him in right away and would keep him for the day while I worked. Petey, my darling old man, absolutely loved coming to this place. In all my years, and all the dogs I've had, I've never had a dog so excited to walk through the doors and trot away with staff! He'd always look back at me, with a look of, "I'll be okay, Mom!" as he happily went with someone. I was told some staff had pictures of him on their phone and would routinely stop at his kennel to give him love and treats whenever he was there. At first, he had a pretty bad corneal ulcer, and later, some undiagnosed GI disease. Petey's health improved drastically and I had him for nearly two years. But he still eventually became sicker as he aged, and began losing weight. When he struggled to defecate, I brought him to the team here and they found he had a swelling around his prostate that they hoped would decrease if they neutered him. Petey's health had improved so much that they were able to neuter him and he healed like a champ. It unfortunately didn't solve the problem, and after so many attempts at helping him, it was determined that we could just make him as comfortable as possible. I left the state for a 1.5 week trip and the afternoon I got home, I found out his situation had worsened to the point that he couldn't stand up on his own anymore. I called PMC. Dr. Davis, who was the veterinarian overseeing his care, said I could bring him in immediately as I made the painful decision to let him go with the approval of the shelter. They were so, so kind when I brought him in. They had a private room set up with a bed and blankets to make him comfortable. They brought in ice cream with chocolate for him to eat as his final meal, which he loved (despite having lost his taste for eating). Letting him go was one of the most painful things I've had to do and I still struggle with him not being here even though it was absolutely the right choice because he was in so much pain. I paid for a private cremation and the team put together a really nice little bag with his ashes and a framed paw print in some type of clay. They also sent me a really nice card. Thank you so much to Dr. Davis, and to the vet assistant Tiffany, who also adored Petey and always took the time to talk to me about how wonderful he was. I think about both of you, your facility, and your kindness to me and Petey all the time. Thank you.

The best vet ever! I always make a late appointment 5:30pm and they never rush (since they close at 6pm) the vet always takes her time answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. davis she is the best one in my opinion. I have a 11 year old dog and another 4 month old puppy. We did the puppy plan for the puppy and it's so worth the money. They charge you a certain amount a month (I forgot how much) but our checkups for our puppy are free. We have also boarded our 11 year old dog one weekend. They have cameras in the room so you can check in on your dog & have a piece of mind that everything is okay. You can tell the staff here treats your dogs like one of their own.

We had to board our dog for the first time since we adopted him from a dog rescue a year ago. I looked into many different places and settled on Pet Med. We were really nervous since we have never boarded him anywhere before and wasn't sure how he would react. To my surprise when we got there he was happily smelling and greeting the people at the front desk. We got a nice video of Max the next day text to my phone. I had also requested for him to be groomed and bathed. We came back home on the third day and picked up our dog who was so happy ,I'm sure to see us, but also seemed like he had a great time and he smelled wonderful. Pet Med center treated our Max so well it's the only place I now trust to leave him. I would only ask for maybe a couple more pictures when he was there but the one video we got with him happy and wagging his tail put us at ease.

We love the personal service from the staff and have not had any problems with them. I would give the doctors and staff 5 stars but the only reason I rated them 4 stars is because their prices are too high. I took my dog in for a nail trim and the price was $33.60 and there was no charge for the vet tech who did it but that is a outrageous price for a trim. I have had to find my prescriptions outside the facility for the same reason, the prices are too high.
