Did a great job on my Classic! 100% hand car wash very detailed and affordable. Will make this my regular for sure! Make an appointment though. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

Called ahead of time and was quoted, made appointment for car at 8am next day. Not only did I get my car back at 2:30pm (thank gosh I didn't want to do any errands right), but there was still cleaning product all over my interior, I wouldn't normally mind but this but the product was all linty and just clearly left out in the open. On my side mirrors you are able to tell where they sprayed in the middle of the mirror and wiped in circles only in that area. Only in the center. They also left a gross, dirty product soaked ripped piece of paper towel in my center console. The exterior front windows had dried water marks and it was continuous along the bottom of the vehicle. Underneath the trunk door was filthy like they didn't even wash it. The only good thing was the detail on the tires. Finally after getting the call that my car is ready for pickup, I get there and am told a different price. Even though I added nothing from the day before. Also they only accept cash. Work was eh. Customer service was okay. The agent writing down my name chuckled as they were jotting it down so not too sure what that was about.

Great place to go to get away from all the people waiting at the bigger car washes. Loved the vacuum job. Heads up need appt.

I took my car into personal touch in not the best condition and they did an absolutely amazing job, I feel like I’m driving a brand new car, the interior was so dirty from my husband using the car for work and they made it look beyond clean, It finally feels so good to be driving that car again, it’s amazing. I can’t even explain how satisfied I am with their work, Joe the owner was awesome the gentleman who cleaned my car was great I believe his name was David (I could be wrong) but by far the best detail shop in Fresno I am just in such awe of the job they did, so happy!!

Very good experience at this location. Was recommended by a friend. Serviced by Nate who is the son of the owner. He was professional and attentive, and since this was a pretty new car, he walked me through on what he was going to do and even suggested what I should do to keep the car look good after the detail.

It says it open so we stop by and it was closed. We called and they didny answer. We called again and they hanged up.
