I can't say enough good things about Papé Kenworth Fresno. My co-driver and I had a breakdown and ended up needing their services. Joey and Manny at the service desk were incredibly helpful and kind, making the stressful situation much more manageable. To kill some time while waiting, we decided to walk to a local game store. On our way, Jesse, a driver for Papé Kenworth, recognized us from the shop and warned us that the area we were walking through was dangerous. He generously offered us a ride to our destination, showing great friendliness and care.Later, we decided to call it an early night and asked Joey if there were any hotels nearby. Not only did he give an excellent recommendation, but he also offered one of his drivers to take us there. I forgot the name of the driver who dropped us off at the hotel, but he was very helpful and truly represented the company's standards. All the employees we interacted with represented Papé Kenworth in a great way.All in all, in what could have been a very stressful situation, these guys put us completely at ease. If I could give a hundred-star rating, I would. If you ever break down in the area, come here first. I hope not to have any breakdowns, but if I do, I hope it's in Fresno so I can come back to Papé Kenworth. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Alfouso & Jose we’re both amazing help with my husband , they were both very patient & got us the best deal on the parts we needed allowed us to view the product before purchasing to make sure they were the correct parts. Definitely recommend coming and seeing those two men to help you find what you need. These guys need a promotion great customer service & very polite!

I bought my first truck kenworth 2023. Till now 50% of the parts they have changed. Still i am facing the same problem. I drive truck for 3 months one month i have to dropped at company. They have changed the almost 80% parts of the transmission but they didn’t installed new transmission. Since last two years i am facing so many issues in my truck. They cant find the root of the problems. Totally disappointing from kenworth. I will never suggest anyone to buy kenworth. They are not helping to improve my truck. They changed the shift stacker then 80% parts of in the transmission still the problem is same. I am facing this problem from last two years. For kenworth A BIG NO.
Tim manager is always helpful for me. But he has to follow the high commands..

You wait at least two days before they even take you in.My only suggestion to Pape Kenworth to add more bay and hire more technicians since they very busy. I wish I could get out from there in one day but since they already backed up too much it leaves no choice to you either you wait or go somewhere else.

Went in to buy some parts and the young kid at the parts counter had no people skills. He just ignore me and didn’t even acknowledge me. So I took off. If I was his immediate supervisor I would give him a coaching session and then drive him to Fresno truck center and let him see how they treat there customers. Most customers would probably put down no stars for there visit but he doesn’t represent the service department or the body shop at Pape where those guys are very easy to do business with.
