My mom called about having our pet euthanized. Pamoist wanted to charge $45 for an exam and then $200 for the euthanasia. BluePearl Pet Hospital with do the euthanasia for an even $160 no extra charge for an exam. Have never liked Pamoist Pet Hospital, they will Nickel and Dime you.

The most caring and friendly staff. Dr. Basra, you and your staff made a very stressful process become light. Not only did you provide the most affordable operation for our dog, Lilly, but you made us feel like you cared. I’ve been to pet hospitals and customer service isn’t a priority for most, but these guys— love them! Nicest and most caring people. I will come to you guys for every pet need. THANK YOU!

I had a great experience here! I know I'm late to write a review but they deserve a 5-star rating! I had to shop around town to find a clinic that could do a reasonable price to pull out my dog's baby K9 tooth that never came out. Other places were charging me 3k and up. I read some reviews here and thought I'd try to book an appointment. Booking was very easy, the front desk was so kind and very informative! I didn't wait long to get an open date. I called on a Thursday and was able to book on 8/6/24. I came in, and Doctor Harman was very kind and explained how the procedure would be. He did some blood work on my dog to make sure her heart was strong enough for the anesthesia. I scheduled an appointment the following week for her procedure. They kept her there almost all day and called me when she was ready to be picked up. The staff was so kind and gentle with her! Doctor Harman did a great job! He prescribed some antibiotics and mouthwash for her. They bottled her baby k9 teeth and gave me the option to keep them or not. That was very sweet of them! Everything cost me less than $750. It was a bit of a drive to their clinic but worth the drive and I'll continue to come here!

They use to be good with the original doctor. And Assistant Maria. She was great!
Until the new Vet Harman or whatever his name is. He wasn’t even in the office yet. My appointment was at 10 AM. After waiting 45 mins. I grab my pet and left! Don’t go there! He doesn’t even like cats! He told me himself last year! I tried giving him chances but I am done! 20 times thumbs down! I actually am giving them zero stars!

I just rescued a kitten from behind a store in a loading area, they were quick to get me an appointment and have a great kitten package that includes the vaccines etc. My older cat has also been here to get her lung drained of fluid and they were very polite and fast to help

My vet explains everything to me about my 2dogs. He examined both dogs. I was concerned about one dogs hearing , he looked in the ears, no obstruction. And he explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it and the outcome of the exam. I’ve been coming to this vet hospital for almost 28 years. Obviously I have lots of trust.

We’ve been taking our pets here for 10 years and have always had positive experiences. Dr. Singh took over 1 or 2 years ago and does a wonderful job. He’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and direct which I greatly appreciate. When our older dog was in the process of passing away, he was empathetic and remained neutral when explaining our options. Our dog passed in May, but Dr. Singh worked closely with us up until then and ensured that he was comfortable and well taken care of. His staff are also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend him, your pet will be in great hands here.

UPDATE: My Saint Bernard that the vet said I was starving and humiliated me in front of the wait room and nurses, has now vomited 5 piles of food! In less than 20 hours, my dog is in worse condition after following the lecture of the vet at Pamoist. Apparently, sir, humans are NOT the only animals that keep eating when not hungry! Omigosh, it is 5am and I’m bleaching my floors and my dog is so unhappy!
Oh the vet also endorses Pro Plan dog food, which is what my dog has been using. Not so sure if that’s what I’m sticking with now after all of this! I’m questioning everything! Gah! So frustrated! Maybe he has stocks invested with them or something!? Yeeeesh!
One of the vets is very opinionated. Be ready to be called out for anything. He called my bulldog a “lemon”. He said I would have to pay big bucks for all of the medical problems my puppy would bring so I should look for another breed. I went in to get my Saint Bernard pup his last round of shots and this same vet storms out into the waiting room saying I was starving my dog. I feed my dog 3 times a day and apparently I was supposed to be feeding him 5-6 times a day with 3 cups at every meal(18 cups a day!?)! I have never felt more embarrassed in my life. I’m not going back for any one of my animals again! Btw, they also have different packages for spaying and neutering your pets! One package has the surgery alone, and the second package has the surgery, catheter, and pain meds for after! How can you put a price on the wellbeing of a dog like that!? So sad! There shouldn’t be cheaper options for surgeries!

I have been coming to Pamoist Pet hospital since my German Shepard was 6 weeks old . Bringing her in we found out that she had parvo and the staff was very compassionate and caring following up to see how Ariel was doing and she wouldn’t have survived parvo without Pamoist . 11 years later Ariel my German Shepard is under the care of wonderful and compassionate and very knowledgeable Dr Harmen who is succeeding with her quality of life as a senior and she is doing great with her old age minus some arthritis problems that Dr Harmen is caring for through a shot called librela which has really been a game changer for her . I even asked if we should go the more expensive route and take x rays ect and they suggested to try the shot first before going that route which shows they are after care and not money . Just a few months ago she was having episodes of falling unable to get up and with me being head over heels with my dog I was emotional bringing her in Dr Harmen even gave me a literal hug to assure me that he would do everything he could for Ariel .She went from having episodes to jumping on beds and wanting to play ball like she used too. I feel like they treat us like friends and family and most importantly they treat my girl as their own while under their care . I will always take my pets here and I will always recommend them hands down I truly don’t think I would of had these wonderful 11 years and counting with my ? without them .. thank you Dr Harmen and thank you Pamoist for everything and most importantly giving me more time with my girl .

My family and I, we have been going to Pamoist Veterinary Hospital for more than 11 years!! I can’t say enough about how the amazing and personal the service is! Dr. Harman is, very caring and loving to all the pets and their families! We feel welcome! He is a very good listener and does everything to meet your pet needs! We never leave feeling like strangers! We feel part of his family! May God bless him and the staff and continue to provide a good service everything we go in!! You can feel the passion of his heart for everyone!! Forever grateful we will be!

Fabulous staff and doctor. We're able to get me in quickly and all pricing was transparent. Dr Harman was informative and listened to all of my needs. I will be bringing my other pets in for their annual exams and vaccines.
