Went to the fashion fair mall at 10am. Had to wait for 15 minutes for them to open the store. When they did, the staff didn't even make eye contact or no apology for being late. I was there to purchase $300 certificate for my daughter. If it wasn't for her I would have walk away.

It seems like this store only hires bitchy teen girls anymore. The girl working the register was on her phone when I went up to her to pay and when she saw me she looked up from her phone and said "hi" in a really annoyed tone of voice and looked like I was interrupting her being on her phone. Horrible experience and will be calling the store to speak to the manager about her behavior.

I’m not sure what manager was working the night of 01/03/2023, but the woman in the blue sweater was extremely rude, didn’t speak one word to us during our transaction and as were shopping at 7:45, turned the music off to kick us out. She proceeded not to say anything to us and pushed us out of the store. I understand you close at 8:00pm, but trying to push us out before you’re even closed is ridiculous. Will not ever visit this store again, please teach your employees some customer service skills

Absolutely horrible. Staff in this location was nice enough, but apparently their hands are tied when you try to return something that was purchased online. Selection itself is very limited, unless you're a tween that wants to rock some Playboy swag... even though you have no idea what Playboy is.

Horrible customer service! I went in bought a shirt just to find out it's the wrong size, I go back for an exchange and is told I owe $15.99 because the item was on sale even though the shirt itself wasn't $60. Then was given attitude by the cashier And everyone was scrambling no one knows how to do there job. Just to go home and find out they left a security tag on my shirt. This experience ruined pacsun itself and hires complete idiots these days

PAC Sun has a lot of cute Jeans, tees, hoodies and swimsuits all w/ a California surfer/lifestyle vibe in mind. Most of their clothes are geared towards the tween/young adult crowd which translates to a lot of size zeros...so, sadly when shopping for myself selection is severely limited. The store is also staffed by the same demographic, so if you're over 25, well good luck getting any help boomer.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The costumer service is horrible. Workers are extremely RUDE. Not only that the clothes are WAYYY to over priced. E-boy worker with the rings on (not sure his name) was extremely rude and obviously should not be working in costumer service. Threatened to call security on 2 teens girls after trying on clothes and BANGING ON THE DOOR while they were trying to get dressed scared (NOT KNOWING THERE WAS NOT 2 ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOM). I understand that isn't allowed but they're we're NOT signs visible stating that! They yelled across the store allowing everyone else in the store to hear that they were In the dressing room, embarrassing the customers. They easily could've told the girls to get out and that that is not allowed. BUT NO TERRIBLY AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. That man should be fired extremely rude.

I ordered pair of $160 dr marten boots for my grandsons bday in JUNE I never recd. It is now July 23rd and nothing.I've been trying to get help on this, all I get is recording saying ther not taking calls or emails. I've sent messages thru ther chat line and nothing. No one emails or calls me back. Very disappointed

Bad customer service. I asked that employee: Is the hat buy one get one 50% off, she checked it and said no. Then while checking out for me she talked to another employee: It's beanie not hat, laugh so hard while I stand right in front of her. So rude!!

The service is always horrible. The girls that work here will walk past you 5xs when you're clearly standing next to the fitting room with clothes in hand to try on. I've brought my daughter in a few times for back to school shopping in the last month and not one person has asked if we needed help finding anything, not even a hello when you walk in. They're all extremely cold and unfriendly. This is the last time I come in, I'm so tired of having to break up the conversation to ask for a fitting room and then get a d*** stare in return and wait another 5 minutes for them to walk over and rudely open the door.
