Not the nicest of staff and poor service. They refused to give a unit at the price marked on their website. Staff was rude and said the pricing was a technical error. Well that “technical error” still hasn’t been fixed 7 months later. Staff said their not obligated to match their online prices. And yes, there’s Rats. Not in my unit but my mother’s a few units over.

Prices increased without notice, and when i went to check on my belongings rat feces is found in our storage and ruined our stuff. I was here a few months ago and did not see this and when i went to talk to the front and inform them what happened, they were quick to say i should have bought insurance and they don't claim responsibilty for anything. I wasn't trying to make them responsible, but did inform them they should take better care of their facilities. Especially when rates go up, so should service.

We've only been at this facility for 2 days and we're already getting harassed at have one car so I've been driving around signing papers for our house we're getting so I leave my husband at the unit to organize and they started stereotyping asking if his living in the storage unit.. energy time I would leave they would come and harass him.. Diane Mason very rude to me after I was trying to explain why he was the one that was in the storage Diane and her husband who refused to give me his name said.... Your no one trying him he had 15 minutes to leave but storage doesn't close until 7 ish only 5 someone needs to break the front office and check there staff

I have been a tenant here for 6 years, unlike other places they don't pester you, their rates are VERY fair and reasonable, and the place is both clean and secure. Payment can be done mobile, which is convenient. I highly recommend renting here if you need the space and want someplace secure and clean to store it.

The management here is fantastic and honest. I was in a hurry and careless and did not lock up my space properly.Management called me to let me know so I could secure my space. I very much appreciated it!?

AVOID. My unit was filled with rat droppings and signs of roach infestations, and multiple boxes destroyed/torn. I was only storing clean clothes, electronics, and a mattress. Also, the attendant at the front is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had signed up for a unit in person, and respectfully asked for a broom to clean up the droppings. Not sure what I did but I definitely didn’t deserve her disrespect. Unfortunately had no choice but to use this as it was the only place in town available and I was moving. Thankfully we have since moved out!! The photos are from AFTER we swept out the rat/roach droppings covering the floor.
