Exceptional customer service all around! We worked closely with Krystle mostly and she was very knowledgeable in helping us find material that was within a jumbo size, bookmatched, and honed. She is very patient and a sweatheart, too! Everyone on staff here is very helpful. Richard and Teddy are incredibly helpful as well. They have a huge selection of quartz, and other natural stones such as quartzite and granite. We can't wait to finish our huge project and see the end result. Thank you to the entire team at Pacific Shores, and especially Krystle for great customer service. God bless you.

I was referred to Pacific Shore Stones by the installer I planned to hire to install my new kitchen countertop, and now I know why. They carry all the top brands at very reasonable prices. And because they are direct distributors, you cut out the middleman -- like a box store -- which saves you tons of money. Plus, their staff is great to work with -- very competent, professional, and courteous. A special thanks to Richard for ordering my quartz slab and having it delivered to the installer. 5 stars!! Highly recommended!!

As soon as I stepped into the office, Amy was both helpful and engaging. I described the colors in my remodel and without missing a beat, she knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't need an entire slab, so she printed out a list of alternative options and took the time to ensure I would find the right piece. Whenever I do another remodel, I will absolutely go back to Amy. Professionalism at its finest. HIGHLY recommend!

I have visited numerous Granite/ Quartz showrooms the past month. Today a recommendation was to visit Pacific Shore Stones. I knew from the moment I walked in, this would / will be the place we purchase our Quartz from. Excellent customer service from Mollie. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Awesome facility. ?????

Great customer service up to the point they get caught selling cheap quality and imitation quartz then they disappear, stop responding and wont stand behind their product. I purchased $10k worth of Cosentino - Silestone® based on the supposedly quality and durability only to have it crack and chip within couple of weeks. Pacific Shore was not much help processing claim and standing behind what they sell while instead taking a long time to respond and ignore for most part. Pls be aware that they will sell you cheap and imitation product as if it was top of the line which reflects what it really is $10k later. Look for a distributor who will actually stand behind their product and not sell you imitation/cheap material.
