Love this store purchased my mirrored dresser set $2000 & headboard set $2000 from this store. Great customer service awesome delivery service. Owner very respectful & great listener. I will return to purchase floor mirrors & vanity set. I’m big on customer service. I’m locked in as a customer. Expensive but worth it I always paid cash for items. I request fast delivery w/ fee request was met respectfully. Delivery fee very reasonable. Communication is perfect no bad attitude like some Business owners. Always greeted w/ positive attitude when entering store. If you can afford good furniture. You should shop w/ them. Plus their delivery guy has moving service. With fee helped me move into our Five bedroom home. We have a lot expensive furniture & had lots of boxes. Moved everything in one load in their extra large truck. Also helped set up beds w/ fee of $2,000. I will be hire delivery guy again. On my next home purchase to help us move. I didn’t have to touch anything delivery guy very respectful & communication is great. ???

NEGATIVE -10 ??First and foremost they come off very caring and respectful (to sell their lemon products) I purchased a bedroom set and vanity (late sept.) Merchandise was delivered mid Oct. mind you they had delivered the incorrect bed (THAT WAS PURCHASED) they picked out ANY BED THEY HAD AVAILABLE!!!!!!!! First RED FLAG!!? I Let that pass even though we are VERY UNSATISFIED. The bed is a cushion style, all threading is coming out only a days after delivery. Fast forward to now 12/28/23 taking the vanity out of packaging(1part) total MALFUNCTION ERRORS!!!!!!!!! MISSING SCREWS, WASHERS, instructors are not even the correct VANITY!!! ETC. Product looks refurbished when I’m paying ACTUAL PRICE! I have videos and pictures to show. Not only did I feel belittled as a women shopper, I was felt robbed and belittled. No person should ever feel like like that when trying to comfort their home. I took everything back boxed immediately, to only feel like I didn’t matter! I have VIDEO/PHOTO of ADAM THE BOSS AND HIS WORKER SLAMMING THE DOOR IN MY FACE AND TELLING ME THEY WILL NOT SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! “All sales are final” all I asked for was for them to replace it! It’s a gift for my daughter’s birthday that we were trying to assemble as a surprise. Little did we know ADAM AND HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM AND HIS “employee” that was SMOKING ON THE JOB AND ON THE STORE IN THE STORE AT THAT (also very unprofessional) we’re selling us faulty products!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! Do NOT BUY from here.!!!!! Save yourselves the trouble and embarrassment and please buy your furniture else where!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE HATE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Fraud…They say 90% off but it's applied to only King size mattresses. Rest furnitures are 40 to 50% off even after discount the price is still not good enough. It's expensive.

The sign says there closing, but they have some beautiful pieces. I However don't know what furniture costs but to me they were helpful but a bit over my budget. They did have other options for me that were in their system. Picture was one, but don't expect it to be made with real wood. I'm glad the owner was honest and told me.

Says they're going out of business. "Everything must go." Then you go inside and realize it's another bait. Nothing is ready to go and everything is marked up. They even offered 12-month financing. Huh? I thought y'alls were about to shut down for good?

Do not buy mattresses from this place!!!!! All three mattresses that I bought from them are leaking fiberglass. It’s been a nightmare I have to throw out all of my kid’s clothes and bedding mind you we have NEVER taken off the zipper cover to them and we have mattress protectors on all the beds. Just picking up the mattress was enough to kick up fiberglass. This stuff can be very dangerous if you have bought mattress from them please check them you can see it by flashing a light under the mattress and surrounding areas it will shine almost like glitter. Now both their rooms and mine have been contaminated and I might have to hire a hazardous waste clean up crew to come out. Save yourself the trouble the tags and mattress description said nothing about fiberglass. Be careful! I have never had this happen to me with any other furniture store! The mattresses we purchased for our kids were the pink twin size memory foam. Now we have to have someone come and clean the carpets and hopefully we can get everything out. Be careful it can spread throughout your home though your HVAC system!Update owner replied however this review isn’t in expectance of any help or assistance with it is simply to inform people so they are informed and aware there’s no point in reaching out to the store when the manager that is there always says the manager isn’t available or isn’t even in town and not willing to help customers thank you for taking the time to respond and acknowledge this ps the covers were never taken off it didn’t just happen with one mattress it happened with 3.

Horrible! I feel robbed by these crook of furniture salesmen. Ask as many questions as you possibly can because they will make the most expensive sale to you knowing they have a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY!! They also will tell you a price and turn out another price that doubles with “taxes and fees” once the contract is being signed. I hope this company goes out of business soon.

This store is trash! They were going to take over a month to bring my couches so I canceled my order. Next thing you know I’m still being charged. I called the financial company and they told me that the furniture place reopened my order without my permission. I’m still fighting with them to close it!
