I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts during this hot summer to change my headlights. The assistant manager, Stephany, was incredibly helpful and installed the headlights for me. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, especially in the heat. Stephany is amazing, and I’m thankful for all her help!

Store is past its good days. They just let shoplifters take whatever just walk out. I went to buy some cleaner and some guy grabbed a bunch of stuff and walk out. I remember when stores prevented people from shoplifting

I had a very bad experience on the store went there to buy O2 sensor they gave me the wrong one next day I called and told them that they gave me the wrong stuff now what is the price on the right part they put me on hold and said let me help another customer and I will get back to you I waited over an hour after 1 hour they hang up for sure not going back to the store anymore

I had them test my alternator and they lie to me. They said it was no good, but I have my mechanic. Look at it and it's fine

Great customer service. Had tire chains fail on me after using twice. I brought them into the store and got them replaced no questions asked. Landyn was a great help thanks.

They have very knowledgeable cashiers. I have an old car and didn't know when to put the transmission fluid and he showed me. Yay!!!!

Always have a pleasant experience at this store. They still honor the bring in up to 5 bad batteries a day and receive 10 store credit per battery. Perfect if you frequent this store more than you like for auto repair.

Rob was extremely helpful with helping me change the battery on my key fob!! He took the time to help me figure out how to open the key fob, replace the battery, and even looked through the store to find a replacement battery for me because they hadn’t stocked them in the front yet. Thank you so much rob!!!
