The staff working the counter had really bad attitude. Myself and 3 other customers were treated as If we were making her job harder, just being rung up or asking for a part. Usually I come here because I live across the street. Now, I will drive to autozone. I won't be back.

They need better customer service. The lack of communication and customer services was surprising. If you call the holding period exceeds 15-20 mins. Their lack of customer support is surprising. They’re rude and disrespectful when you inquire for the parts You ordered.

This location of O'Reilly auto parts is the worst. The front counter boy Timothy is rude, slow and had the worst customer service skills I've ever seen.

I used to depend on the people there to be knowledgeable & helpful. However the last few times in the Ashlan & West store I have got neither. They certainly have lowered the bar on who they hire now. If I need O'reilly in the fit, I won't be using this store.

O'reilly's pulls parts from their warehouse located at West & Dakota. I like this auto parts supplier. They'll price match Auto Zone. If the parts ?'s to ?'s...life time warranty's match...ect.

Wanted to offer kudos to your Assistant Manager at Ashlan and West. I went in last week to replace a headlight bulb. I didn't know if it was halogen or HDMI, so he offered to check. Then after confirming which one, he offered to change it for me. It was greatly appreciated. So a week later, I go in for (tire) valve stem caps and Chris asks if I found everything ok. I replied I did. as he was ringing me up, he inquired as to how the headlight bulb was working! Couldn't believe he remembered me. You have an amazing Assistant Manager. Thank you Chris!!!
