I was at a park nearby where someone had abandoned some used motor oil. The employees at this O'Reilly's were very polite and professional in helping me get this oil recycled. I plan on doing all of my future motor vehicle-related purchases at O'Reilly's.

I shop here alot I've spent thousands of dollars here and absolutely love the customer service but the last 2 times I went into the store I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Jerry. He was rude and sarcastic, and when last time I dealt with Jerry over the phone he was also rude and had snarky comments. His attitude makes me not want to shop here anymore.
