Excellent care! I came in at 8 am which is opening time with a unstoppable nose bleed they got me back immediately and stopped the bleeding. Everyone was amazing even though I was embarrassed with blood all over.

Went to see dr in Nov 2023- still waiting on referrals!! I excused them during 12/2023 due to Christmas and new year holiday. I have contacted them twice in January- no response! Called in 2/2024, lm for office manager- no return call! Went in person 2/2024 spoke to someone on the top tier of the food chain- she handed me three referrals- one sent a couple days ago- the other two apparently in 11/2023. Called 1 referral- was told they sent referral back requesting more info and nothing has been returned. Called other two and they said they never received referral. Called NW Med back and was told referrals person would call me back... three days later and I am still waiting!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option!

I am returning 1week later because the medication I was given didnt work. Now, The staff in urgent care told me the doctor would not be in until 5pm, after waiting 3hours for a doctor, I was told I would have to wait until others who just walked in were seen. I waited 3 hours and still have to wait! Rude And I couldn't get an appointment with my primary doctor until 3weeks from now! Wow!

I rarely leave reviews. But like someone else said, this situation I have not been able to shake. My 1 year old was sick and I called them multiple times to get him seen. The only time I got a response was after their work hours which I thought was awesome that they even offer that. The nurse on the phone said someone would call me back within 30 minutes. It's been 5 months and I have yet to receive a phone call. My son ended up in the hospital later that day. And it was a close call. I'm a new mom and understand that sometimes these things happen but as our pediatrician I just needed guidance on what to do and if there was anything I could do at home. Which there was but the point was no one even had the decency to call me back. He had another hospital visit prior and I was so impressed to have Dr. Bajwa call me after she was notified and see him right away. I don't know what changed but I haven't heard anything until I received a phone call today for a payment for an appointment? Which is fine and understandable, I paid it. But for a payment, they have no problem calling but not when they get a report that my son was in the hospital and it was pretty severe - that information somehow fell through the cracks Besides that, Dr. Bajwa would constantly make comments about the size of my son's head, even for an appointment that had nothing to do with his growth. And as a new mom, I took the comments seriously. And when I asked her about it the next time and mentioned that I had talk to my mom about it she literally laughed and said "you talked to your family about it? It's not that serious" Then don't make comments about how big my son's head is??? Just really unfortunate and not what I needed as a new mom and newly moving to the Fresno area. I just hope that some of these reviews would be taken seriously on just simple bedside matters and consideration. I understand my son is not the only patient and I'm not expecting to be treated as if he were, but please don't make passive comments to new moms who already stress so many things. And please please please - AT LEAST call back a parent/guardian who has left a concern about their sick child. Even if they would've called me a week later, I still would've appreciated it.

This place sucks. Went in after 5pm to treat my son for covid. We waited outside and was placed on hold for 15 plus minutes with urgent care to get a covid test before entering. There was only a few people inside and no one picked up. We subsequently went to a different place. Avoid this place at all cost.

An urgent care should be convenient, this one is not.A nurse was argumentative with me on my last visit and I left feeling bad about the experience.I do not recommend this urgent care.

Doctor Natalia Malley is a very abrupt an unethical doctor I would not recommend her to anyone for help. She will not listen when you ask questions and is in a hurry to leave. Yet she charges you a high price and doesn't even address the problem. I am so happy not to go to her anymore as I found a wonderful doctor that was recommended by another doctor. If you complain of a headache she will have a smart remark to say. (Gas light remark)

I arrived at Urgent Care this morning with what I thought was the flu. I was given a Covid test right away and tested positive. I was told to go home and wait for a call from Dr. Holmes. The staff was very polite and caring. When Dr Holmes called, he prescribed some medicine. Dr. Holmes was also very caring and didn’t rush the phone call and answered all my questions.I definitely recommend Northwest Medical Urgent Care to anyone professional caring people to help them.Rich M.

My sister just went into the urgent care and was assisted by Dr. Holmes. She is 24 and the first thing the doctor asked her was if she was “trying to get out of work”. How unprofessional and disrespectful to just assume why she is in there. She has a LONG line of past medical issues (cardiac especially) and she had fainting spells and a fever prior to going in. Thankfully the fever subsided but she wanted to make sure she was okay since she is leaving for a week long work trip out of town. Then the doctor tested her for MONO without asking proper medical questions regarding mono and of course that wasn’t the cause. Overall, this doctor is incredibly unprofessional and gave no proper guidance or understanding for may or may not be going on, 100/10 reccomend NO ONE going here. Even free clinics are far better than this place.

The wait times are ridiculous. Been seeing the same doctor for 10+ years and every time I have an appt I wait nearly an hour to get in the room and then when in the room I wait another 30-40 mins. Something needs to change. My appts are literally so I can continue getting refills on my prescriptions. They should fit the people in first who are here just for that and not medical issues. I'm fuming!!!!! I have to take off work for these appts!!!!! I do have to say, though, the staff and my doctor are really really great. It's just unfortunate about the wait time.

LONG POST, but I’m tired of the inadequacy of our medical system. I Took my daughter in to check her hand because she had fainted and fell a few weeks before and her fingers were still slightly sore. It hadn’t been painful and she was always able to move her fingers. The doctor shamed me for not bringing her in earlier and for not taking her to a neurologist for her fainting. When I explained that my daughter has been in and out of numerous medical professional offices over the past few years and NO ONE has been able to figure out what was causing her symptoms I finally found the solution OUTSIDE of the system. Yes we’ve had x-rays we’ve had tests we’ve had ultrasounds and No doctor had answers. Finally I found a Functional Medicine practitioner who instantly told us my daughter may have mold toxicity that was causing her neurological problems and multitude of other symptoms. Sure enough all tests are positive for mold in her body, in our home, we FINALLY had answers and are on a treatment plan for healing. So being shamed at urgent care for bringing my daughter in after 2 weeks of her fainting, to make sure her fingers were OK was unacceptable. The doctor even looked at my daughter and said that because she was 19 she could choose what to do. She told me alternative medicine is fine, but i need science-backed medicine. Well, mold toxins don’t show up on X-rays! My daughter was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome by the Functional Medicine Practitioner. CIRS is not even on the radar for 90% of Doctors. Not only that, Northwest handed me a form to take my daughter to Advanced Medical Imaging for hand X-ray and when I got home to call them for an appointment, I realized the form was blank! So I called Northwest and was told they would call it in. Then they ended up sending us to Community Hospital for X-rays which ended up costing more for us than it should have. THEN, at Community Hospital for our appointment, we realize Northwest ordered the wrong hand to be X-rayd. I’m never going back to Northwest Urgent Care again. The service, compassion, caring, time spent with patient and healing that is finally happening by my Functional medicine practitioner is priceless! Urgent care is needed when it’s urgent so I’ll find another place!

Have no clue why you'd ask me to here at 10:45 if I'm not going to be seen on time. Beyond unprofessional and makes this office seem unreliable and uncaring. Sitting here waiting and they JUST called the person with the appt before me. So disrespectful of patients time and could care less if you're sick and uncomfortable waiting an hour past your appointment time to be seen. DO BETTER.

I been a pt. of Dr. Lozano for a couple of years now his a great Doctor, and so sad to say that the front desk along with all the supervisors in the office have no work ethic. I have a medical condition for year and is very important that I get my medications on time. I have more than two weeks trying to get my medications, I have been calling leaving messages and no one has return my calls or work on my medications. I spoke with vanessa Hernandez supervisor she promise to work on it, I never got a call back from her and now she's out of the office i also spoke with a Maria, Gina Yvette and with Dr. Lozano's nurse not a call back. I have gave them all my new information for my medical insurance and every time i call no one has updated my information. if your looking for a good medical office to be able to take care of you, this is not the place!!! Doctors are great but not the staff.
