I’m trying to help my dad get Medical baseline allowance through Pg&e and I need them to help me out by filling out a form and all they kept telling me is we don’t email we don’t accept email and until I got loud and then all of a sudden while we have a copy of the application here that we can give you well why wouldn’t you say that in the very beginning You don’t help an elderly person get discount on Pg&e so I didn’t like it and now I’m the bad person right because I’m trying to help my father out and wouldn’t take for an answer after having to be transferred several times and put on hold so you mean no one knew about the print out form you had in the office that can help someone get savings someone on a fixed income You need to do some work on the people that answer your phones teach them a little personality a little grace concern care for their patient

The last thing I wanted to do is write a review in regards to how I was treated. However, I didn’t have a choice being this would turn out the only way I would be able to communicate to my doctor.I’ve been an established patient for several yrs…. Last week I rescheduled an appointment I had for the 10 of Nov. & chose to schedule an overdue hepatitis vaccination for the 18th instead. ( I told the receptionist it would be too soon to see Dr Malley being my updated thyroid results had not come in.) However, I received an unprofessional message from a receptionist stating if I didn’t call immediately, I would be ‘dismissed’. I had never missed an appointment ever so this was terrible to hear. I called their manager who said she would look into this, but failed to find the receptionist I spoke to. The manager also informed me that Dr Malley did not want me to go to their urgent care for back pain medication but doesn’t know that their receptionist told me the opposite.Shame on this facility!! I’ve never been so harassed!! And to top matters…when I called back to leave a message for Dr Malley.., I happen to talk to the original receptionist who i rescheduled my original appointment from November 10 to November 18. Not hard. A miscommunication i was dismissed for. Shame on this facility!!

Have no clue why you'd ask me to here at 10:45 if I'm not going to be seen on time. Beyond unprofessional and makes this office seem unreliable and uncaring. Sitting here waiting and they JUST called the person with the appt before me. So disrespectful of patients time and could care less if you're sick and uncomfortable waiting an hour past your appointment time to be seen. DO BETTER.

I been a pt. of Dr. Lozano for a couple of years now his a great Doctor, and so sad to say that the front desk along with all the supervisors in the office have no work ethic. I have a medical condition for year and is very important that I get my medications on time. I have more than two weeks trying to get my medications, I have been calling leaving messages and no one has return my calls or work on my medications. I spoke with vanessa Hernandez supervisor she promise to work on it, I never got a call back from her and now she's out of the office i also spoke with a Maria, Gina Yvette and with Dr. Lozano's nurse not a call back. I have gave them all my new information for my medical insurance and every time i call no one has updated my information.if your looking for a good medical office to be able to take care of you, this is not the place!!! Doctors are great but not the staff.

I went to NW because I switched my insurance from Kaiser. I visited twice- waited about 20-30 minutes in the lobby, and another 20-30 minutes in the waiting room each time. Dr. Holmes spoke to me for about 5 minutes each time, and I don't feel like I gained anything positive regarding my health status. Likely not coming back. Also saw a bloody cotton ball in the floor of the waiting room.

This office is a joke. I would leave 0 stars if I could. They take forever to do anything. Referrals are non-existent. I've been waiting for 3 months for one, the other I just gave up on. Faxes are sent to a rabbit-hole, never to be seen again. Have to pickup Referrals, drop them off, only to be told they are incomplete. And don't try their urgent care; stopped by at 2pm on a Wed only to be told sorry we don't have a doctor available. It's unfortunate that a place that is supposed to care for people miss the mark in Just about every way. Anyone got the name of an even average PCP? Let me know.

They refused to treat my 9 yr old without a covid test. 2023 is half over & still riding the '19 gravy train of our tax dollars. Then some Rottweiler came out mad dogging & trying to intimidate with her size (hello, there's your covid risk). We got our kids records released & will move on. At this point, they're either incompetent or just milking the scamdemic for every last dollar. Find a real doctor & don't waste your time at this place.

I cannot tell you enough how thankful I am to have a doctor that doesn’t throw medication at a patient without thinking about side effects or without knowing any positive diagnosis. I have played the medicine game with so many doctors and it is not fun.. Thank you Dr. Malley for caring about all of me from head to toe.

If I could give less than 1 I would. I love my ex physician but it's ridiculous. At the office I made a return visit and got a card. According to office staff I never had an appt. Just called for appt, I waited 8 minutes on hold for a human to ask me to hold. Hung up after another 10 minutes. Staff should all be replaced with competent personnel

I have been the doctor's patient for years, and she is an outstanding doctor and a lovely, pleasant person. A few years ago I experienced a gradual onset of paralysis and she did far more than just having someone call in a referral; rather, she personally called the surgeon and told him I needed to be seen immediately. Had she acted with less initiative, I might be unable to walk. She always has been able to get me in the same day whenever I've been ill or injured (by my pets.)Dr. Natalya Malley is the best!

mask are required at all times while inside the building security at front door rude and will ask you to leave if you don't have a mask. They will not provide one for you at the entrance or doctors office. No one mentions masks when you make appointment.

I was preparing for a trip to MI then TX, so I was concerned about a sore throat, breathing issues and cough a few days before my departure. I went to Urgent Care at NMG to see if they could give me a heavy duty cough syrup and maybe some amoxicillin. I didn't want anyone on the plane thinking I had Covid and a family member was going to be having surgery after my visit, so I wanted to make sure I didn't share a cold. Before I could be seen, I had to go out to the parking lot for a Covid test. After that came back negative, the urgent care sent me across the hall to a doctor in the NMG, as there was no doctor at urgent care. (??). I didn't wait too long to be seen. The doctor had someone give me a breathing treatment (THANK YOU!!). When he came back in the room he gave me a prescription for a cough syrup that really worked good and for amoxicillin. I was very grateful for their assistance late on a Friday afternoon. Nice doctor and staff. Highly recommend!

So far their "new patient coordinator " is batting a zero as I left a message 2 days ago and haven't heard back and called again ....you would think with the title of new patient coordinator their sole job would be to call BACK new patients..... I often feel like I have to weather the incompetent staff for competent doctor. It is an annoying aspect of going to the doctor.

Doctor is kind, professional, and very thorough. Always has a big smile when greeting and leaving. Welcomes my list of questions.
