I brought my car in because it was overheating, I have a Cadillac escelade. What a professional experience. They made me feel valued, it was a fair price and they got me in quick and back on the road. It's really hard to find trustworthy mechanics and this family business was top notch quality!! I will be bringing all my cars here exclusively from now on. If your looking for a mechanic you can trust you should go here. Also, I appreciated how they explained things to me since I have no clue about car stuff, they took the timeto explain everything so I left educated.

Always an excellent experience. But this last visit stands out above the rest as a warning and an appreciation for skill and ability.
Purpose of visit: low coolant warning ⚠️ on Jaguar F Pace S
Before discovering Norgards, we had a luxury car mechanic install a water pump on the side, thinking we were doing well. However, slowly over the period of a yr 1+ everything had been pushed out of place . Resulting in hidden leaks, and causing an excessive amount of damage just due to the incorrect install.
Gratefully, because Blaze and his team are excellent, patient, and dignifying we were helped to thoroughly understand what was discovered. I am beyond grateful that Blaze is talented and passionate enough about his work to have brought my vehicle back the standard. Thank you Blaze, I value and truly appreciate you. Customer for life.?

Took my Range Rover here for my brakes to be replaced and they did such an amazing job. Blaze I think his name was, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly straightforward with the service and price. You do have to make an appointment so make sure to call ahead before just showing up.

Highly recommend. It's the only place I've taken my car for a few years now and it is considerably less expensive than the dealership. They are very honest in explaining what needs to be done now and what can wait. I'm always provided a detailed report of what was done and a thorough explanation.

They have been very good with the repairs and service on my Dodge Challenger since I started taking it to them instead of taking to the Dodge dealer. Prices are better, the people are nicer and I believe the quality of the work is better. Highly recommend them!

Look no further, trust these guys (and Brooke) with your cars - any and all of them. Finding a shop that could work on my 2016 Volvo XC90 was not easy. Each shop I called kindly referred me to another. Finally, after a several calls, I talked to Blaze. Just from our brief call, I knew this guy knew was legit and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving, I guess I shouldn't have been shocked to see all types of cars, from a Ford Fusion to Ferrari being worked on. It's a no frills old-school shop with friendly and honest people. They give you estimates and timeframes they stick to and they know their stuff!
