Should've read all these reviews before I bought. Bought a Gazebo and it was missing the parts to hang the curtain rods. Called the company and it was out of warranty. I guess I should've put it together the day I bought it. Yeah right. All I wanted was the missing parts, well they don't have any parts. Comes incomplete and they don't care.

purchased outside lounge set from Home Depot a couple years ago. Yes the warranty expires within 90 days. This set was well taken care of and stored in garage 9 months of the year and only brought out for the summer months. Brought the set of for this year no quickly noticed the wicker just falling apart for no reason at all other than just sitting there. Started a claim and provided pictures. Out of warranty claim was denied. This company does not stand behind it product. Do not buy from this company.

I drove all the way over there because your app said that they were open till 10:00 when on Sunday they are closed at 6:00 wasted my time and my gas to go all the way over there when it wasn't even open because of your app

Frame Rusted and Collapsed in 2nd Summer. Patio deck fire pit sits on a rollable metal stand with wheels and propane tank brace. Beautiful but now dangerous and useless. $699. model and pictures attached. No service resolution.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Would totally recommend that you pop in for a visit. The store is filled with gems in every nook and cranny. Prices are competitive and staff helpful. I'll be back for another one of a kind fine.

This company will gladly sell you anything, but forgot any service after the sale. The refuse to sell replacement parts for any items they offer. Just know, you're on your own.

If I could give this customer seevice staff Sabrina and Josh a zero I would. The incompetence of the two of them is beyond belief. They seem to like to send follow up emails but always with an excuse even when you continually give them the answer they asked for previously, like an order number that they couldn't locate, or a manager contacting directly. We ordered furniture from Overstock who told us to reach out and in speaking with Josh with looking at a pic he is telling me it's the same size which it isn't literally - still waiting for a manager response -

Horrible customer service - tried to order a replacement bolt on leg for a chair from them with a cracked leg. They won't even let us purchase a replacement leg and just refer us to Wayfair to buy a new chair to assemble.

I waited for weeks to get the umbrella base and parts were missing when it arrived. The company is worse than bad. When I notified the company that parts were missing they referred me elsewhere. They will neither send me nor sell me the parts that I paid for six weeks ago. Unless you're looking for something defective shop elsewhere. I'd like to add that their customer service is abominable.

Omg what is there not to say about this Beautiful Home Store. I would highly recommend shopping here first before going anywhere in Fresno to purchase furniture and home decor. I just love the quality of everything in the store. When you walk in your greeted immediately and customer service is alway's"s great . Love it
