Not a good credit union I paid fee to stop payment. They charge me for fee didn't stop payment. If you like your money don't trust this credit union. Go elsewhere they also take longer than other. Credit unions to clear check. Put hold on my money for no good reason.

I recently had an issue with my account and was upset because I was being charged for something I asked not to be signed up for. The manager reached out and personally took care of my issue. On top of that he continued to offer me help in other matters. Very professional and I’ve always trusted my money here. I also love there rates for my loans and credit card

Shayla is the rudest teller that has ever worked for this branch and needs a talking to about how to treat customers. I had an appointment which was not honored I returned an hour later just to be kicked out by Shayla who thinks she owns the branch and has the right to disrespect members.

Scheduled an appointment at 3:30. Got there at 3:00pm, Selena at the teller's window was able to help me cancel two old cards and issue me two new cards all before 3:15. She was incredibly helpful and polite in a genuine way. I don't normally write yelp reviews but this visit earned it! I was in and out all before my scheduled appointment time. They are also able to print debit/credit cards on the spot which is incredibly convenient. Thank you Noble and Selena for helping me get back on track! I appreciate it.

I wanted to pay off my auto loan in full of the amount on the account at the time. It said you can only deposit $2000 @ a time @ $5000 a month. It said to call. My fastest option to pay off the loan was accept a 10 day payoff period and pay by check and mail it in. I was charged an extra 10 days of interest to do so. Over $100 more than what I was trying to pay off. I was doubling the payments beforehand not being charged interest at the time. I did not ask if I could drive the 2 hours to pay it off in full in person to avoid the extra interest.....

Not this specific location but will be transferring bank because this bank is always down and i ALWAYS have trouble with this bank. Horrible. Stressful. Yeah

I have been with Noble Credit Union for many years, and have had great service from them since. Have no complaints against them at all. Wouldn't even think of going to a different bank.

I have been with this credit union & this location for 35 yrs. The ATM machine is always up & working. The lines are very short. Love that it is a drive through ATM. I have always had good experiences here inside or outside. Tks, Noble C. Union
