This is not my real name under this account but let me tell you. so for years my children went here and when issues came up they were taken care of but i wasnt the parent to stay quite at all. But after the years went by the staff just became tired. The owner makes it so difficult for the teachers with the hours and stability, they ended up looking exhausted. Sadly they good teachers left. They have different locations so i moved my child to a different one and the director who goes by Mel or Lisa and asian woman was very disrespectful. She even went to the extent on messaging me with threats thinking that i was afraid of her. So while my child was still enrolled they said they would do an investigation but once i left then the stopped. I knew the people at the main office to the owner. Crazy how they try to put things under the rug, thank God i got my children records from them, because i never believed the owner was so irresponsible.The way the teachers complaint of how, the owner rejects their requests, doesnt care to do anything to work with the teachers to make the daycare better for the children, i guess she is just a gritty *******. Dont bother taking your children here. I feel bad for the teachers, the staff and the children.

My review its for my personal experience.My 4 years old douther got dismissed from this school I understand she broke the rules of getting out the classroom and I have no excuse for that at the end rules are rules.1.But what it really bothers me its that on the report says that my douther bitted the teacher but they refused to show proof of the bite.2. My main concern was that my douther would not behave with Mrs BREE CARSON "teacher" for one hour a day and every single day she had problems with my douther which most of the reports came from that "teacher" and Mrs Bree Carson refused to show proof of the bite.My douther on Friday she got to school happy smiling and as soon as she saw The teacher BREE CARSON her smile went away my concern its why that happened I wonder what had happened to my douther under that teacher care.3. When I asked the Supervisor of that facility DEALIA FORD she would not answer my specific questions she would answer with completely different answers. Also explained my concern to DEALIA FORD about what happened on Friday and instead of giving me a answer she gave the phone to my wife for my point of view very unprofessional and the only thing she said was Valeria has been dismissed and there is nothing to do about it.And its ok it "is what it is" my douther broke the rules and there is consequences.Hopefully the the STATE OF CALIFORNIA will do something about it.Its clear that the school would not do nothing about that.BECAREFULL with your kids safety.Its clear that at NEW LIFE DISCOVERY SCHOOL they care about their teachers than the kids.At the end everything its reduced to simple busyness all about money.Thank you and again its about my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.Mrs. BREE CARSON please find a different career.And office corporate please reevaluate DEALIA FORD position unprofessional.

I..... from my personal experience I do not recommend this place for the education of your children. For the following reasons....*They change teachers constantly* They force Children to fall asleep at bedtime or be in complete silence until the other children wake up.* exaggerate things when making reports*racist and lying teachers.*When a child misbehaves, they send him to the front where the computers and telephones are.Where I think it is not a correct place for a punishment.*you ask for explanations and they don't give you a concrete answer and instead of imbeestigating because of the children's attitude, their first option is to expel them from school and in the end it's only the child's fault.I put my girl in that school, she was a very sweet and obedient girl when she entered, later she became an aggressive girl and very afraid of a teacher whose name is Bree Carson, she was terrified of her, and she always said that she was bad, she spoke several times with the director about it and just ok let's see. I came home bitten and with bruises and according to them they didn't know anything, I was going to tell them about the bites and the teachers gave different berections, my girl was taken out of school for bad behavior, but the strange thing about all this is that she only had that behavior when that teacher was there. They did the same with another of my daughter's classmates. And a person who works in the center says that sometimes things happen out of order there. For me it is illogical that a 4-year-old girl is terrified of a teacher and refers to her as "I don't like her, because she is a bad person" and the worst thing is that the school knows it and they do nothing. Me I personally do not recommend it.
