Came into Napa very irritated from other auto parts stores selling me incorrect parts for my car and giving me the run around.Came in with low hopes and a very irritable mood.Jon helped me out and went the extra mile to source the correct part for me, it was not the easy route by any means but he took the time out of his day to make sure I left with the correct part which is x10 more than the other stores would do for me.Made my day. Very knowledgeable about vehicles, I don't care what it takes keep this man and give him a raise.Very friendly and has great customer service and vast knowledge of vehicles. Promotion needed for him!

Came in due to battery issues. I originally bought my battery at the Napa in old town Clovis. So CARLOS here at the west shaw location helped me out by calling Clovis store to see what options I had as far as replacement or if my warranty was up. Well, NAPA In Clovis didn’t want to look up my Warranty by phone number and gave CARLOS a hard time. So I said I would go into Clovis store myself and speak to a manger. Carlos said no it’s ok I’ll help you here I don’t want you to waste time, drive all that way and they don’t want to help. He apologized for how Clovis store was acting and helped me out with a GREAT deal on a new battery. We need more people like CARLOS. Thank you for your patience, time and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time It is much appreciated!!

I stopped in looking for some Berryman carburetor parts cleaner. I lucked out and they had 1 on the shelf. It was a couple of years old but it worked well. Here are the pictures. Thank you to the staff at this Napa auto parts for the help and suggestions.

Car oil thing so they looked up my car to make sure I purchased the right one Thank You then said you might need five. So when I came back to buy number four and five nobody laughed .

CLEAN store, patient, nice and knowledgeable staff!I love NAPA Parts, because they are good ol’ USA parts!Of course they sell other brands, but all NAPA parts are made here, in the great USA!Only reason why it’s rated 4 out of 5 ⭐️, is simply, because they are slightly more expensive.But, that is because you’re paying for American built quality which I completely understand and most of the time is DEFINITELY worth the extra money!Versus buying some cheap, factory made Chinese, Korean, Taiwan part..!Always remember,?Rawk?& Rall?
