As a medical provider, I have an understanding of how things should work when picking up your prescription. Sadly, the folks here do not. Service is terrible. Very nice Pharmacy tech - but takes 5-10min per customer - as they don't seem to grasp what they are doing. For 1 year now my daughter will pick up medications - of three, there will always be one that has not been run under her insurance - they tell her they don't have anything on file (2 prescriptions in hand that show this) - and the whole process has to be returned to the back to be run under insurance. I recently picked up a prescription not covered by my insurance, doc had already said not worth doing a prior authorization. When told it needed a PA, I advised I would use the GoodRx coupon - told no - without reason, and then, as it was so cheap, said I would pay cash. I was told "We can not give it to you for cash, your doctor and the insurance company have to decide if that is OK"This was just a simple example of someone not knowing what they are doing, and not taking the tie to ask. As there were 8 other people in line, and having had numerous experiences such as this, I elected to leave. I had my prescription sent elsewhere and picked it up in a matter of minutes. Sadly you just can fix,,,lack of common sense!

Thank you for the great customer service provided by your super friendly worker, Tony! She was so nice and genuinely loved talking to her customers. We purchased a few bottles of alcohol and my sister told her that she was coming back in for the rest of her items after loading the 1st box but when she turned around, Tony was already behind her and helped her take her stuff to the car!

Trying to go to CVS or minute clinic to keep my families vaccines at the same place for easier tracking. Neither will do kids under 5 unless you just want a booster (minute clinic).If you want the actual series that is required before you can get the booster then you're out of luck.Why offer booster and no series. Both should be offered.CVS tells me take my younger kids (under 5) to their minute clinic because they do the under 5 kids, but the minute clinic says go somewhere else we only do the booster.

Just drove quite the distance to get here before closing. Either the hours are not updated or they closed early tonight. Either way a cvs that supplies items people depend on should have current hours.

Sophia may be a nurse she was rude she wanted to take pictures of my tongue as it has some spots .Is this the way minute clinics deal with there patients. I will ask all my colleagues not to ever go to minute clinics. She was again and again talking about my appearance and my age.

Your minute Clinic is absurd. I was booked in correctly. The Pharmasist would not give me Paxlovid for COVID which I tested positive for at home. He said I must go on line to request an appointment which I tried to do. The website said they will not take app for Medicare or Medical people. Why didn’t he tell me that. When I called Minute Clinic they booked me for a COVID test & I needed medication because I was very sick. I am now over it & am negative. Now I get a UPS Express envelope with a letter stating there was an error in my specimen. CVS never took a specimen from me. What a farce ridiculous!!!!!

Went to the clinic, NP Irene listened to me, asked me thorough questions, and gave me appropriate medical advice. Appreciated her prompt, professional response. Will visit again.

I called beforehand was told that MinuteClinic does take out birth control inserts. The medical personnel at the MinuteClinic turned me away and I didn’t appreciate the stern tone.

Do not come here, go to a real doctor. I have a bad sinus infection that was ongoing and giving me horrible pressure headaches. This was the only place that my insurance would accept and when I get there they wouldn't accept it. I am coughing up phlegm, have an irritated throat, and I sound horrible. I was already taking Dayquil, Nyquil, and Sudafed. The nurse practitioner, Irene, would not prescribe me anything because I did not have covid, the flu, or strep. Told me to take Tylenol, which I am already doing. She even had the nerve to tell me that "it's better this way that way you can eat healthy and more vitamin C, let your immune system handle this". I paid over $100 for her to tell me to just suffer.

CVS Pharmacy 3011 E Shields Ave in Fresno CA refused to let me pay cash for my daughters medication antibiotics when the insurance didn't cover. Don't go there!

This is the pharmacy I was assigned when our old one closed up shop. It is fairly convenient to my home, just off of West and Herndon. There is plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out. The pharmacy opens at 9 a.m., by the way, so don't go earlierr unless you need to shop for other items. The store appears to be well stocked with drug store essentials. It has never been crowded when I have gone to pick up prescriptions, but prepare to stand in line to wait. The good thing about CVS is the prescription renewal system. You don't have to keep track of your renewals, the system does it for you and will text you when the prescription is ready for pickup. It's a nice convenience. They also will deliver.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Also be prepared for long lines and then loudly repeating your personal information so everyone can hear. The automated phone system is worthless and has you enter information for no reason because no one knows who you are or your DOB when they finally answer. The automated system and people in the pharmacy encourage you to download the app is so glitchy and does not work! I've been on hold for 10 minutes so far and no one has answered the phone. Happens every time I call.

BEWARE...price gouging at a maximum level. These crooks are trying to sell 24 packs of Arrowhead water for almost $7 a case!
