This is my favorite Carneceria in Fresno and surrounding areas, I criticize a lot of places that I feel I can cook better than. But this Carneceria makes the best Buchē, Trípas, Chicharone con Salsa, everything. Best salsa also. I wish I could cook as good as this place. 2 thumbs up!!
