i was in the area shopping for new service. As I roamed the store I asked if they had any iPhones available and the young lady Isabel began to explain the plans but her information was incorrect because she was adding accessories without my consent. I understand they’re trying to get there comisión but as a paying customer I should have the option of choosing that. She also stated phone insurance is mandatory and I believe it shouldn’t bc other stores make it optional. I believe that , that is also part of comisión bc she added it without mentioning what I was paying for until I asked.also she was very hostile because I was asking question regarding the purchase. She didn’t like that I had questions. And her manager was next to her stating that I could speak to her manager in regards to pricing if I wasn’t okay with it. What I wasn’t okay with was all the accessories and insurance she added. And was very rude stating that I can go to another store. I say be very careful w your purchase bc they will add accessories to try and get they’re commission.

My whole experience with Sprint merging with T-Mobile has been an absolute nightmare! Sprint sent me a new SIM card to replace in my iPhone 11 which they said was mandatory. I was also told via a text and also on the phone that was eligible for an upgrade to iPhone 13 free with trade in and my monthly payment would be less. Even though I was happy with my iPhone 11 and could purchase it outright for less than $200, she was very pushy about it so I agreed. I went to this T-Mobile store for the transaction and the young man(un-customer service) was so rude and dismissive I wanted to cry. He told me there was no such deal and treated me like a stupid old lady. There were so many things wrong with my visit there: delayed first appt due to "computer problem". Second appt, I called and was told computer was ok now but when I arrived, it wasn't. Very long wait as I was ignored. When I asked for help with the SIM card, the guy was annoyed for some reason. I left feeling very badly. When I explained to Sprint I was told the T-Mobile salesman was wrong. She talked me into ordering the iphone13 in the mail and everything went from bad to worse. These employees talk a good talk for their commission but it's all lies, bait and switch, anything to get you to upgrade and when you learn you've been outright cheated it's too late and nobody at Sprint or T-Mobile cares one bit about the mess they got you into. Makes me sick! Literally!

Went to this store today to get a new screen protector and ask about mechanical issues on my other line. Yara was very helpful and efficient and listened to every concern we had. They didn't have my exact screen protector in, but she put one on and ordered mine to get it in a few days. She was awesome and I appreciate the help

Customer service was great although there was a wait it went by quick and was able to get serviced. The only complaint I have is that the first women who came up to ask what I needed help with was rude and wasn't much help.

I went into the store after finding what I needed online and calling the store. This was the 1st week of March, 2021. I was there to purchase a new sim for my old wifi T-Mobile hotspot and a PRE-PAID wifi plan as I saw online and was verified when I called the store. The associate said he understood what I wanted but was having issues. With help from a supervisor he completed the transaction in the computer. I paid the required 1st month and the price of the new sim. A month or so later the hotspot was stolen by a visitor to my daughter's apartment. I tracked it down and it would not work properly so we made other arrangements for temporary wifi. For months I have been harassed by T-Mobile saying I owe money. Even after contacting "customer service" with the details. If it continues I will report them for bait and switch whether it was intentional or not, I will not pay the price.

I didn't get his name but the gentleman who helped me this morning was fantastic. I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted, a budget & I let him know I was on a time crunch. This man literally got me everything I wanted within my price range in under 15 minutes and he explained everything clearly. Store was very clean too, overall very satisfied with my visit. Store & staff exceeded my expectations

Oddly, I had a good experience here today, compared to seeing the other poor reviews here. Maybe because it was for the type of service I needed today, which was just switching out a sim card to put on another phone which is an easy task. IDK? Maybe cus those were new employees compared to some of those older reviews, who knows. We were also probably the first customers of the day because it was 10am. My sister & I head towards the door, a male employee had opened the the door for us & welcomed us & asks what we were here for today. We told him our situation & a female employee who was standing nearby immediately says, "I got you guys!" & Took us to that table mijiggy thing to work on our phones. They were all really cheerful so it gave me good vibes. She asks few questions so we let her know on what we wanted exactly. She immediately finished the job & said, "Well, that's it!" I don't switch out sim cards often of that sort, kind of thing, so I didn't know that was free of charge. We thanked them & they kindly bid us farewell & we left feeling really good because we got that done asap without any issues. I really appreciate them being enthusiastic and helpful on my visit.
