I am not the happiest with metro right now but this particular store had an employee that should get a raise for sure. Unfortunately I do not remember this kids name but he was My hero this particular visit at this particular store. So thank you

I went in there to upgrade my phone. They had one for 49.99. and this lady told me it would be 120.00. and she couldn't sufficiently explain why. She told me it was tax . And now an honest person there told me it's 85.00 be careful for unknown charges. I need a phone. Cell service is ok. But customer service made me feel neglected

I stopped by today to make a quick payment for my family and the Metro by T-Mobile representative, Carmen, was absolutely wonderful!!! She has excellent customer service skills and was very patient with every customer who walked in, including myself. Carmen was very professional and posses great communications skills. She deserves a raise!

Stopped by this location to help a relative with their phone services. We worked with Amber who was very helpful and informative. She set proper expectations for us so we know how to proceed with Metro service. We greeted the entire staff upon entering the (empty) store and I don't recall anyone but Amber greeting us in return (odd and nice to receive a mutual greeting, but certainly not a requirement....just an observation). Thank you Amber, for helping us determine next steps with Metro!

Customer service was very good I was not happy the day before but when I walked in the store the following day upset the gentleman name Jaime Rosa's helped me and explained the situation to me he is a very nice person so if you have a issue look for him . Thanks Jaime.
