This metro by T-Mobile is the best. They have good customer service and I got my first iPhone from there which I love the people. There are nice is Jose is the best one no way Jose and they’re not that long they go by super fast go metro

This business has poor costumer Service. I went to buy a head phones for my iPhone 8, I even told the guy my phone has a one port still he sell me wrong head phone set . when I went to return back he said he can't refund me I have to buy expensive one. but I told the guy its not my fault since I told him about my phone, even tho he should know that new I phones use only one port. it was so upsetting . so I give zero star to this business.

I had heard great news from a previous employee at this location and decided to bring them a new customer. That's when I started finding out more details... Which I will share with you below.... We met Frank, the new manager at this location. The previous manager left for... Well, apparent reasons... After talking with Frank about a new service and a specific phone that came with that offer, we come to find out that Frank does not have that phone at his store. However, Frank promised us he would have the phone we wanted at his store after he came back from "his weekend", which is Tuesday and Wednesday. We came back a day after he returned from his weekend and he said he didn't have the phone, "it didn't come in" was his response... Which we didn't mind, because we had changed our minds and wanted a different phone. As we were looking at a new phone, he was asked a specific question comparing two different phones. Although he didn't skip a beat, he proceeded to talk about how the phones' specific feature was the same. Having done our research before hand, we knew he was stumbling. But, perhaps I didn't ask him the question clearly. I proceeded to ask him the same question but using different (technical) terminology, thinking he would get the hint that I knew what I was talking about. Using almost the exact terminology, Frank almost verbatim repeated his previous answer to us. That's when we found out he wasn't familiar with the specifics of this particular phone and the other phone. A simple "I am not sure" would have gotten him farther then where he is standing today!!! Since we had done our research, we knew what we wanted. We decided to cut to the chase and buy the newer phone. Frank told us that he did not have that specific phone in his store, but could get it in his store by 3pm that same day. Or, he continued, "sometimes they deliver by 1pm!" As a precaution, I asked him what would happen if he didn't get the phone in by 3pm, "I'll call them and make sure they deliver it today! And, when I get it in, I'll give you a call!" Great! Since we couldn't come back that day, we decided to come back the following day. Frank assured us it will be there and would call us when it arrived. The following day came and we didn't hear from Frank at all. Not the day before nor this day. So, we called him. His response? "...they did not bring it yesterday!" And he continues to say he was going to call them today to see if they can bring it today and will get back to me shortly! When confronted about why he didn't call them yesterday when 'they' were supposed to deliver the phone, he responded, "I didn't call because they didn't bring it!" and, "was there a reason you haven't called today?" I asked him. Frank said, "I just came back from the meeting!" WHAT??? What kind of business is he managing??? Two hours later, no sign of Frank! 15 minutes before we were to come to Frank's store, he called!!! He stated he was getting a shipment on Monday and we asked him if he could set one phone aside for us. He said we needed to come in and leave a deposit if we wanted a phone! PARENTHESES: in the previous days and times he was to order a phone from somewhere else and sell us the phone, NEVER did he request a down-payment! Why all of a sudden are we REQUIRED to give him money! END OF PARENTHESES Having a little experience in life, we know that when someone repeatedly states they will call us or promise us something and they do not follow through, that's a REALLY good sign they are NOT interested in being professionals nor are they interested in our business.
