“First time here I usually get labs done at Quest, the MD office or lab office at the hospital but there was a specific test I had to get done and this was one of the places that was listed and no appointment required. I went the day before thanksgiving and I was so glad it wasn't busy. The location was a bit hidden but wasn't too difficult to find. It's a small place. There was only one lady working at the time. I wrote my name on the clipboard and once she was done with a previous client she called me and I gave her the kit I needed to get dawn. She looked over the box and got the specimen tubes and labels ready and called me to the back to draw my blood all within minutes. She was really nice and skilled. Came and left this place all in less than 15mins. My labs was a send out and I got my results all within the week. I really appreciated this place professionalism and efficiency. I would definitely come back.”

Nice couple running it (disclaimer: I don’t actually know if they are actually a “couple,” yet there’s a great working relationship between them). Don’t let the location and a *Breaking Bad* style RV fool you, they are really good and professional. I’ll certainly recommend them and would use them again.”

“I use this location frequently and love the check in process. The staff has been wonderful every time. It’s completely electronic check in now using your phone and the kyosk inside. I’m all for it but I had to help an elderly person get checked in because she was struggling with the process. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Have not experienced anything negative so far.”

“I have to leave a positive review because I feel I received exceptional service. I saw another review about a bad receptionist. The amazing lady who helped me from start to finish was Maddie~ She was so professional and kind. I really felt comfortable and at ease. I barely felt a thing and filled up four tubes of blood. The place was clean and quiet. Again, Maddie went above and beyond. She even helped me with a billing issue. I can't say enough great things about this location- mainly because of her. I hope her bosses see this and realize she is an extremely valuable member of the team. She wore all hats with the utmost level of professionalism. Give her a raise immediately! Not at her annual review- Now! Show other employees if they carry themselves like she does they may get an incentive later as well. It's just great for business and I will go with Quest going forward. Others will also.”

“Check in: when I arrived as a "walk-in" no one was in the room. I knew about the kiosk from previous reviews. It was pretty straightforward & I had my driver's license and Insurance card readily available. I only waited a few minutes. Phlebotomist: was EXCELLENT! I am a WIMP when it comes to bloodwork. I have small veins that are hard to find, and plenty of bad experiences. Jeanette was gentle & efficient. If she can handle ME, she can handle YOU!!! I hope I can request her if I ever need more bloodwork. When I left, the waiting room was FULL. I felt lucky that I made it before the "rush"”

“1/4/23 Back again! Blood frae to check up! Really appreciate how organized they are. I made the appointment on the 5th of December. They sent a text to confirm it that day and another this morning with directions& to confirm. Really simple! Arrived and 1st helped & laughed with two customers needing help checking in and then a worker asked if I had an appointment as I was checking in and I was brought back where my information was confirmed. Gave insurance card also. Blood drawn right after that and given a cup too. Restroom and brought the cup back to the room I was at where they have a holder for the cups. I was wished a good day and left. It will all be sent to my doctor. Great service & blood draw experience. Plus, convenient & quick! Highly recommended!”

Ally the Sleep Tech was so welcoming and friendly.I had this scheduled through my doctor for a couple months and they called to remind me multiple times about the appointment.Next up is the results with my primary in about 4 weeks from today.Overall good experience, nice private room and nice bed. Pillows are a little flat for my liking.”

“They open at 9am on the dot. I had a perfectly easy time getting my test done. The only reason why I gave 4 instead of 3 stars was because the receptionist is the only one working both sides of the offices. She was direct and very polite considering the undertaking she has. She definitely was doing the most. The office needs more staff. They were low on hand soap and the trash needed to be dumped but the office was clean.”

“I take my daughter here because I used to take her to valley children's hospital, but it takes them many pokes just to draw blood there. Here at Quest Diagnostics they literally poke her once and doesn't even cause bruising. A clean little poke. So I highly recommend this place to everyone, if you want it done right the first time.”

In addition to handling the folks in the lobby, she also drew my blood. I let her know that it wasn't my favorite thing to do and she got it done quickly and professionally. “got my urine drug screen at this location this morning at 7:30 am and it was so quick and painless! Ms Cheng Cha is so efficient, I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. I have never experienced such a seamless process and I've done a handful of urine drug screens for work & school. Amazing, I will come back here in the future for any UDS! Hopefully Ms Cheng Cha continues working here!”
