“I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here so want to counter that. I purchased my Saatva mattress in 2016, manufactured by this family-owned business. Six years in and I'm still loving it. I recommended this mattress to at least 3 others who also purchased and love their's. I never heard of this company until my mattress arrived, then did some research. I love that they are 3d generation family-owned, employing locals, and using local shipping companies to deliver their product. I would not hesitate to buy another mattress manufactured from them.”

“Good prices for a bed there’s a bunch of name brand items for a good price but I just need a cheap bed to sleep on. I just want to address the one star review. I asked about delivery and they have a third party representative to deliver the beds and other items. So without getting frustrated I called the place to see what’s the hold up. Their waiting on the delivery driver and it won’t be delivered till late evening so I took it upon my self to rent a u haul moving truck it cost about the same to pay the guy to drop it off. So pretty much don’t be lazy and don’t be that guy. Customer service is on point the guy helping me was super friendly and understood what I wanted. The only down side is that you’re gonna have to rent a truck from a U haul to do it yourself which isn’t too hard for anyone to do.”

“Mattress shopping takes a lot of time since it's costly and is a long-term investment. We hopped around the city visiting several stores, but ended up at Mattress Firm (a second time) due to the great deal and service. We were lucky to have Brandon make the experience easy going. He understood our budget and directed us to a great selection of mattresses where it would fit our budget. Brandon is patient and provided knowledgeable answers to any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured and there were no up-selling either. On top of the already great experience, we were given a good deal on the purchases including the sale that was already happening. The delivery was scheduled within a few days and everything went extremely well.”

He let us look around ourselves and he wasn't pressuring us to purchase anything. We decided on a nice recliner and he explained the warranties from the manufacturer.
