Confusing because when I looked up the ad for the shallow bed box spring I wanted - the address it’s sends you to is the 3134 S East Ave. When I get there they asked me why am I at their warehouse? You should be going to our showroom on 5655 n Blackstone store. So I go there and the lady tells me that they don’t carry box spring in their stores only in the warehouse! I told them that I just came from there! Well, you can pay here and pick it up at the warehouse! Talk about getting the runarounds!! Then it took her a really long time to process the order! Like it was her first day of working there

Richard was our Sleep Specialist. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable for my teenage son to make an informed decision about his new bed. We got a great deal from their extended Labor Day Deals. There are a few store branches in town, but this location is open the latest. We got there at 7pm on a Saturday night and a few other customers still came in after us. Richard was as pleasant as ever, not pushy and not trying to get us out the door even though it was so close to closing time. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm at Blackstone in Fresno, thanks to William Dean. From the moment I walked in, William's friendly and courteous service stood out. He made me feel completely at ease and excited about purchasing my first mattress, especially since my previous place was fully furnished.
William's knowledge was impressive—he listened carefully, demonstrated genuine care about my sleep needs, and considered my price range without making me feel out of place. He provided me with excellent options and maintained a high level of energy and professionalism throughout.

I had a great experience buying a mattress here! Rosa helped me choose the right mattress and brought out so many options for me to lay on to make sure I was satisfied. I was able to get a greatly priced full mattress and was able to get a military discount as well. The process was super fast and thorough, I was able to leave the store with my mattress in hand. It came with a 10 year warranty as well which was a nice surprise. Rosa had amazing customer service and made my experience buying a mattress so enjoyable and genuine!
