I brought my car into this shop a couple of weeks ago. I was told by the last shop that my car had severe Body Control Module issues that were too extensive to repair. That's how I came to meet Mr. Phillip G..(Owner). Who performed a diagnostic on my car and told me exactly what the issues were. After just a few days, I received a phone call letting me know that my Chevy was ready for pickup. I could not believe it! He told me that my car was fixed... The camera, sunroof, blinkers, display, etc. we're all working. This man is a true genius with cars. Phillip is a true Master. He took great effort, and tedious time to repair this car. This shop has the perfect name... Mastertech. So, I would definitely recommend taking all vehicles to this location... That is.. if you want your car repaired and done right! Thanks Mastertech. I have used Mastertech several times and the owner, Phil, really is an electrical guru! He finds the problems most mechanics give up on and the shop is also proficient on all other types of repairs. Highly recommended.Services: Electrical repair

I took my truck in to get my tow mirrors and headlights to work. $165 an hr and mandatory 2hr is pretty steep but I thought it would be a quick few solders and done. Unfortunately I got scammed out of 330 and no progress done. Then quoted me 2800 to get it done. The next day I took it to Joe's Garage in Clovis and within 30min they told me what was REALLY wrong with it and got it done with in an hour and a half. DO NOT GO TO MASTERTECH WORST TYPE OF PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE MECHANICS A BAD NAME.

My dad went here because he was recommended this place. He took his truck in and was quoted 175 and hour for three hours. The diagnostic alone was 800+ dollars. He was then quoted about 4,000 dollars to get this problem fixed, which was definitely out of the budget. Reluctantly, he paid the diagnostic fee and left the shop, and minutes later was contacted by an employee who introduced himself as Renato Aceves. He explains to my dad how he personally worked on his truck for the diagnostic and how he could do the same job for a lot cheaper at his own house. He reassured that he had the same equipment and how he was a "professional". My dad, agreed and that same day we went over to his house to leave a $ 600 deposit(total job $2,300) and my dad was also requested a receipt of the job. At this point, he's explaining what needs to be fixed, needs to be changed, and what parts need to be ordered. At home, my dad does his own research about the problem that was discussed and realizes that unnecessary parts are being "changed." When we finally got the truck back, my dad checks the truck and realizes that he was being charged for parts that were going to be changed that were never even touched. He refuses to give money back. I just wanted to let the owner of the establishment and other new clients to beware of this man.

So far one of the best shops in Fresno!!(Phillip) the owner helped me get my car back to running normal. I’ve Been having electrical draining problems on my 2011 bmw x5 for a while something the guys at bmw couldn’t figure out. after wasting so much time and $ with the guys at bmw I finally decided to take it to Mastertech and glad I did. He has all the tools and technology to pin point exactly what’s the problem and will let you know about other problems previous mechanics wouldn’t tell you. Very smart and professional. I Highly recommend anyone with bmw or any vehicle to come here. Phillip knows what he’s doing!! Thank you and all the other guys at Mastertech auto.Services: Electrical repair

A year ago I comment about this place that they had a rude receptionist. She no longer works there thank goodness. Recently I took both of my cars in these past couple months they have a new receptionist. They offered picking me up at my home or dropping off my vehicle after it's done. I have a busy life, busy schedule. They made everything stress free for me.The staff and the owner was very professional and I would like to personally thank Daniel for working on my cars. Keep up the good work guys

When it feels good from start to finish, you know it's the right place. Phil and team do a great job. Danny was my mechanic and he took care of my car, diagnosing the issues that another shop left. He's very communicative and got my car back on the road running stronger then ever. Also get a car wash on the house upon pick up!
