Ahh yes, the appliance supply store that has nobody to help you! I stood in the lobby for 25 minutes and had to yell to get someone. The manager comes from the back like no big deal. Time is money, they wasted a half hour of my time. Horrible experience. Thanks MARCONE. CUSTOMER service, for a company that does 30k a month with them, is unnacceptable. The managers attitude is terrible. I really hate coming here.

this is store accept wholesale purchase with a valid account. first time i used marcone in fresno and during covid they have a cart for will call and you just sort of look for your part in the cart coz everyone is inside the warehouse for social distancing. great staff

Extremely helpful. I was looking for a hinge for a refrigerator, and was having trouble locating the part. They were patient, and even had me search the computer with them to look for the part. I was able to get what I needed, and get the refrigerator back in service.
