My embroidery was crooked and the stitch patch was sticking out. wouldn't let me get a refund or exchange. wouldn't recommend going getting a custom hat there.

Just bought a to get it name stitched into it... employee told us t wait 15min we came back and he barely starts stitching the name...

Always loved lids but this year man I'm sorry but I rather order from site or from another hat store always was at lids and got a bad experience hats are Koo but not customer service rare I go to lids now just to look at one or two hats and leave and order it online

I went and bought a hat as a Christmas gift and had it stitched. When I picked up the hat the color was different. The bottom part was pink and I remember not choosing that color because it's for a guy. I asked the guy with the glasses there about the hat and the wrong color and he said that it's not their fault, and that I chose that color. I decided to buy another hat to replace it and had to wait for over 30 min. When I came back the hat was stitched to the wrong side. I asked the same worker about it again that they had messed it up two times and if there was anything they can do about it. They talked back rudely and made it seem like it was my fault that they messed up on my hat. I was already furious so I walked out and the guy with the glasses followed me out. He told me that I can come back in a week when they have new hats in and get. I asked if they were going to charge me and he said "no". I also told him to write it down for me on the receipt and he said he didn't need to because he will remember me. I went back and the same guy who told me to come back acted like he never told me anything and told me he would never give out a free hat. This has to be the wrist place ever with rude and manipulative workers.

Went in and bought a hat. I greeted the girl at the register and asked how she was. She had a annoyed look and replied "debit or credit". Everyone in there were rude. Theybare in the business of costumer service. Be a little more friendly.
