Each time I've gone to Lowes, I receive exceptional help if needed. Today, I had to replace the dishwasher air gap and disposal hose. After searching for the products myself, I asked associate Rex for help. He was kind, professional, and had all the supplies I needed in about 30 seconds. I appreciated that he knew where everything was and didn't make me feel silly for overlooking items.

I was struggling fine cobble stone to fit a small section of my backyard. 2 gentleman Devonte and Oscar calculated what I needed and was able to find beautiful stone for great price!!

Extremely irritating that majority of their building materials are damaged, warped, or straight up unusable. Dont get me started on ceiling tiles. I have to buy extra packs just to make up for 20% of them being utterly unusable. And this isnt my first experience with this. Take better care of your products that youre selling

Worst return policy ever made an order online for $4000 some of the stuff I ordered kept getting delayed so I went into the store bought them the ones I ordered arrived 3 weeks late I went into the store to return them all I wanted was store credit they told me the return had to go on the credit card which I explained I did not have that card anymore as it was hit for fraud and I cancelled it they made me wait 45 mins they told me they could help me we have spent $40,000 on out pro account this year I am cancelling the account and will not do business with Lowe’s ever again the return was only $145 terrible customer service.

Bought Allen + Roth outdoor patio chairs, out of the package everything looked fine but on assembly discovered that parts were bent making bolts not line up. What should have been a simple assembly turned into a royal pain. But hey, corporate has been able to give $25 billion to shareholders in 2022-23 by selling cheap products at high markups

Was looking for a 4 set of same key outer door sets. Could only find single sets. Not for sure if they are a special order item or not. No one to assist at the time I was there. Use Lowes as my go to hardware store.

I was looking for a replacement belt for a lawnmower and was surprised to learn that Lowes carries the belt I needed. It was late evening (after 8pm) I ordered the part online, for pick up. I got in my vehicle to go to the store. Before I got out of the driveway, I got a notification that my order had been filled and was in a pick-up locker. What a pleasant surprise and superior customer experience!! Thank you Lowes!! ?
