Lou responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to replace my windshield in about 30 minutes. He was professional and did an excellent job at a reasonable price (especially for it being a mobile service). Don’t even bother going to Safelite. I highly recommend Lou’s Auto Glass!

Great experience overall. I had a windshield crack that was only getting bigger each day that passed, so I knew I had to get it taken care of. I reached out to Lou's Auto Glass on Labor Day not expecting to get a response and he was able to reach out and book a date for him to come out that very same day.Lou was awesome and super nice and he even routed the wires of my dashcam that were all loose, even though he didn't have to! Excellent service!

Highly recommend the service. Lou reached out to me almost immediately after I requested the quote and was able to see me the next morning. Lou arrived ahead of schedule and replaced my broken windshield at my house within 45 minutes. Price is also fantastic for such a convenient service. Cost was $378 to replace my subaru impreza windshield. For reference SafeLite quoted me over $1000 and were requiring me to take my vehicle to their shop.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My back window was broken into so I opened Yelp and sent out a request to several companies. Lou's stuck out to me-- not only did they have perfect reviews, but I was met with a response within EIGHT minutes! Setting up an appointment was easy; I was just asked for a name and address. I got a call when they were about two minutes away. Service was GREAT! The window replacement took around 2 hours. At one point my car wouldn't start & Lou's son was happy to help jump start it for me. Other notes: You can either pay cash or card. There is a 3% fee on card payments. Great service! I would 100% recommend Lou's.

Quick response! I did not expect to have my windshield replaced within 3hours of requesting for quote. Lou and his son was also quick and efficient with their work and very pro. Would recommend to friends and family if needed in the future.

Great service. Ended up with a huge crack across the driver windshield on our brand new car!! My heart was broken. Reached out to Lou along with some others but got a quick response from Lou and a fair quote. He came to look at the damage and we ordered the windshield and made a plan. He got the window right at our earliest expected date and came out immediately. Wasn't a straight forward job as Mercedes limits access to the front hood and isn't able to open. He got it done!! I wanted to surprise my Sister & get her broken windshield replaced the same day while I was visiting. Lou was able to send his guys out the same day. They had the new windshield installed in less than an hour right in front of the house.The cost was half the price of another vendor that couldn't get to it until next week.My sister was so happy & now she is safe to drive her car.Thanks Lou!!!

Review for windshield chip repair.Wow. Recommend Recommend! Responsive. Punctual. Thorough. Fair. Lou fixed a chip in my windshield. I had another chip that I paid another company to fix previously that he noticed. As it turns out, that chip wasn't filled at all. The other company just took my money and put no filler. Lou is honest and I can't recommend enough. See Lou for all your windshield needs!
