We bought 6 stools and were told 3 were located in another wear house out of town, but should have them in a week or sooner. Over 2 months later the over 3 came in and we're delivered. Lou was very apologetic he said they thought they had them but I fact they were on a ship and he was waiting for them for other containers too. He offered a refund, but we really liked the stools, so we waited. Overall good store a little pricey but good quality. Best advice buy what's in stock - or be prepared to wait a while.

My wife and I had been looking for a good quality dining table, after looking in a few furniture stores we ended up in Lazy Boy store, they were not able to show us what we were looking for, the lady suggested to look in Lou Rodman Barstool furniture store across the road, we did, immediately on entering we saw real quality furniture, we were approached by Gabriel to whom we explained what we were looking for, he showed us two tables, both were fine. After being told that we could have any size/ color/ leg shape/ one piece or extendable we realized that we were buying a table that will be made for us and is not one off the rack, the only question was choosing the color, Gabriel asked us to take a a sample of many different colors on the identical wood home and once we decided on the color we could go back and start the transaction, we had never seen such great service, once we chose the color we went back and the transaction was complete.The most amazing experience, and all due to Gabriel, so polite, knowledgeable and above all not pushy like most salespeople. THANK YOU GABRIEL.

Have always loved the quality of the furniture here but at the time of our recent purchase we were told 6-8 week order and delivery time. Today marks 8 weeks exactly, we had to call to check the status of our order and we’re told it will be another month or later. No call from the store to follow up with us and when I went to ask a follow up question I was hung up on.

Gabriel did an awesome job giving us options for stools in the area we were looking to furnish. Appreciated the attention to details he pointed out. Lou is lucky to have such an employee. Will be back for more .

1month ago I had commented how we had ordered a pad for our dining room table and had never received it. Monica from Lou Rodman's sent me a msg to contact her. I contacted her and she said Lou said to order a table pad and to have it shipped to our home. I offered to pay the order but Lou generously said that he would foot the bill. Well we received it today. I haven't looked at it yet but I'm sure it's beautiful. Thank you Lou!!! And thank you Monica for following up and checking to see if it had been delivered. It's so true when people post that Lou will do anything to keep his customers happy.

From point of sale to delivery I was not disappointed. The sales rep didn't hound me in store, let me do my shopping, and when I was ready he was readily available. Simple sale for a breakfast nook. No hassle. And Delivery was very fast, within 2 days, for over 60 miles away. Can't complain. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the process couldn't have been more pleasant. Thank you staff at Lou Rodman's Amish Emporium!

Customer service is great: Gabriel was awesome! He let us take our time walking through the showroom and was not pushy at all. He made very practical suggestions based on what we were looking for. They had a good selection of inventory available in store and wonderful options for custom order. Pricing can range but the quality is excellent compared to a lot of what is out there. I highly recommend checking them out, especially for stools before ordering online.
