Very pleased with the service! The staff was efficient and professional. I had scheduled a 30 month service and was expecting to be there at least an hour and a half. I was on my way in 40 minutes. I would highly recommend!
Not only is the service great but I love my Subaru Outback!

Much, much better experience. I had frankly stopped going to Lithia because last time - I was waiting on site for an oil change, and the technician pulled out all the filters to show me that the filters need replacing without asking me if I wanted it done, and therefore making me wait over an hour longer to put them back in. That type of thing should never be done at all. I’m a FLEET customer so, I don’t need to be hassled with that. This could be something worked out directly with our FLEET company - getting the approvals directly. But this visit was much better and my service advisor was very good.

I did my research on the car I wanted (new Crosstrek). Our sales person, Victor Bravo, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'm glad I waited for the color I wanted (khaki gray). He was good about letting us know arrival status, answering questions, etc.

I've always had great customer service when I bring in my 2017 Subaru Outback. The service agent was friendly, went over everything w/ my vehicle, letting me know what needed to be replaced & looking down the road, what my vehicle mat need. The work done has always been great. I always feel comfortable when I bring my vehicle in because I know I will get great customer service & work done to my vehicle.

Suburu honored their warranty when the suspension on my 2023 Suburu Outback with 21k was creaking quite a bit. Gave me a loaner while it was repaired and there was no charge. Only issue was Suburu being so busy and backed up with cars that they could not get to my car for almost a week.
