Was definitely the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership! I’ve been car shopping for the past couple of months and felt extremely comfortable making my final decision here with my car salesman Leonard!! He took the time to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted in my price range. 10/10 would recommend Leonard as a car salesman especially first time buyer like me. Purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL and drove it home that day!

I just want to take a time to rate my recent experience at lithia Hyundai. As you can see I gave it 5 star. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More especially to sales person Angel Vasquez. Not only was a very genuine person but also truly professional . His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Lithia automotive needs this kinds of people who can make customers comfortable and your company to advance as well.

Found the perfect vehicle... applied and got approved. I followed up several times over the last few days, about finalizing the sale directly with Lithia instead of going through their third party (Driveway) but Kierra Calhoun has not responded. I reached out Friday morning and then again Friday afternoon and advised I'd like to pick up the vehicle that weekend, but I would be coming from out of state so I need confirmation from her before making the trip. No response. She lost a sale that was already a done deal.

This is the car I bought. I always get blue or white . This is a very different color. The salesman name Logan was very nice and patient with me. It just took a few hours to get the car ? with a full tank of gas ⛽. Yay!! ?

Made my routine maintenance appt. for my Palisade on-line and was immediately confirmed. Day of my appt. I was immediately checked in and everything was done before the time they gave me. Everyone was so nice and I had a pleasant experience from drop-off to pick-up.
