I have several vechicles that i take there because I I bought them new at Lithia Ford of Fresno and I’ve had a lot of alignment issues with my 2022 and 2023 f350s. I’ve gotten total 6 alignments between both and the trucks still pull to the sides. Mixed feelings because the staff is great but a manager has never been called to assist or ask what else can be done so I don’t have to keep getting alignments . What if my truck is a lemon ? I just want answers to why I can’t tow 1/4 the capacity with my truck without the alignment going out . The suspension is weak? Help.

We took our truck in for service. Great experience, started with DJ at the service counter. I requested an oil change and asked him to have them look it over, just in case . Everything was taken care of as requested, I was very happy with our service and the employees were all very friendly and very helpful! I can honestly say that I trust the service department at lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno! We will be using them as our regular service department now. Thanks again!!

We were looking for a new car and talked to a couple of dealerships near where we live. I also looked further afield and Lithia had the exact model we wanted. The salesman, Matt Powell, was a breath of fresh air. No hard sell, excellent communication. Matt even came in on his day off to complete the purchase.
A two and a half hour drive both ways was well worth it. The deal was much better than we'd have been able to get locally. The process was seamless since Matt and Fernando had all the paperwork ready to go before we arrived.

Just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer from this wonderful company. Got exactly what we wanted on our trade and because of the skill and experience from the sales manager Stephen Vercoe and his excellent staff Matt Powell, Fernando Razo. Best deal ever in a new SUV! Highly recommended

They fix my ac and a recall on my seats belts..most of the part they had I had to wait one part they gave me a rental on the second day which was nice so I can move around with my kids..

I decided on the spur of the moment to look at a new car and luckily Donald was working that day. I ended up buying my second car from him. Donald makes the process so easy. I didn't feel pressured or stressed and he is so personable. Car salespeople are not created equal, and Donald Heffington is definitely the best. Good job Lithia, having such a great person on your staff!

We were referred to the dealership through our Airstream dealer for a tow vehicle. We received a very nice text message from Donald Introducing himself. We picked a vehicle we wanted to purchase. Made an appointment for the next day with Donald. When we arrived at our appointment time, he did not remember that we had an appointment, was distracted, rude and dismissive, said that he was busy with other guest and that it would be a while for him to get to us. I thought I was going to get more personalized treatment because of the interaction we had previous day and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. When we reminded Donald that we had an appointment, he said, “I don’t know what to tell you” Instead of apologizing For forgetting about our appointment. we are going to look for another vehicle and go to another dealership

This place is a joke. After several confirmations regarding my appointment for a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in (including the morning of), only to arrive and be told the vehicle was sold the night before. This tactic they used to lure me into their showroom to talk me into something I DID NOT WANT, made me feel unappreciated and unheard. This method is so under-handed, proving they don't respect your time just their commission. I recommend ANY dealership that TRULY cares about what their customers want, because it's certainly NOT Lithia Ford of Fresno.

Good luck getting ahold of the service department, I literally called over 7 times in one day to get an update on my vehicle. I left messages on voicemails and with the person who answered and still didn't get a call back.
